I am more of a light to mid-weight gamer. For the most part things like Sushi Go!, Matchi Koro, Karuba, King Domino, and Carcassonne. I was surprised when I played London at my local game club, because I actually began to understand it by the end of the game.

I'm not a huge backer of games, but Wroth on Gamefound looks really good. It's a quick-playing, small footprint, highly asymmetric, area control game by Chip Theory.
As far as my game complexity sweet spot: I'm mainly a cooperative player, and i want my cooperative games on the high end of complexity. I want us all to have to put our heads together and bounce ideas off of each other in order to figure out what needs to be done. One team, one dream. To defeat Cthulhu.

I haven’t been in the hobby long enough to know what my sweet spot is for game complexity. Right now I’m playing light to (a few) mid weight games. I do know my limit for game length though. Two hours would be about my max, and I don’t want to spend forever setting up a game either.

I enjoy light games/party games all the way up to heavy games but my sweet spot is a mid-weight euro, roughly 2-3 hours with 3 or 4 players.

Game complexity. I deciided to go to BGG (I didn't actually know beforehand) to see my top 5 and was surprised to see the lowest complexity rating was 3.02 and the highest was 3.88 that sums me up as a middle to heavy fan. I love a bit of crunch and puzzle! But... That's once I know I game, I seem to prefer the middle or lighter games to learn lately, maybe I am getting old or have too many games still to learn!
As an aside my number 1 game is Obsession, don't ask me why I absolutely loathe victorian era dramas but the game is just great that was probably what surprised me that the complexity rating was in the low to mid 3's on BGG.
PS Roll and Writes and the genrre spin off plus the card games and trick taking, not for me.
