  • This Reality Shifting hypnosis uses The Julia Method and includes some new thoughts about reality shifting and individual experiences of it and introduces the idea of a reality shifting continuum. As this is an ASMR video it also includes ASMR triggers for sleep, an optional deep sleep induction and an extended soundscape for sleep. Reality shifting is a skills that needs to be practiced over time in order to experience it's full benefits.
    This is a soft spoken video but I promise to record this reality shifting hypnosis in a whisper very soon.

    Listened to another one of her reality shifting vids last night. I could literally feel/see these “boxes of universe” (strange description, I know), stacking, sliding, rearranging, zooming into view and then back out.

      @@luckyygrasshopper9508 great question! I actually suffer from migraines that can result in fractal patterns/kaleidoscope vision, so I'm very familiar with that phenomena. However this was more like lucid dreaming, and seeing space/objects stacking, restacking, sliding, etc. Visually it was very different than anything I've ever experienced. More interactive.

    Not only do your videos help me to relax deeply and sleep really well, I also just had tiny lucid dreams or... mini-shifts?? I had a few moments when I thought I was awake, looking at my phone to find that it was 1:11am, lying with my mind awake body asleep and feeling a hand caressing my shoulder, and waking up in my bed again to find my two cats in my room and my boyfriend next to me, but I knew it wasn't my CR because I actually live alone... Everything felt so real!! I woke back up in my CR at around 0:13am and I'm motivated to keep practicing like never before. I can do this... Thank you!!

    I’ve tried many subliminals and many methods but still nothing. The only difference I’ve mainly seen is when I’ve listened to a subliminal I generally can remember my dream very well in the morning and I’d like to say my dreams feel more real like it’s actually happening but then again I dream some weird shit and have had 2 apocalypse dreams in the past week. I’m going to listen to this video and try to shift to the avengers tower and come back with an update tomorrow :)
    Update-
    Nope, but after that arm bit and I put my arms down it felt like my hands were floating and couldn’t feel the bed beneath my arms anymore it felt like I was moving them without moving them. Then the rest of my body starting getting an itchy prickly feeling which I’ve become too familiar with now through trying to shift and so I moved my actual body because that prickly feeling leads to a very painful one eventually. It then took my ages to actually fall asleep after i turned off the video but that’s mainly cos I had napped for most of the day before and wasn’t tired. Tony stark and Natasha did appear towards the end of my dream when I did fall asleep tho.

      @@jaydenbrister7560 yeah I know, I’m pretty sure I have restless leg syndrome cos I’m constantly moving them and can’t stop moving them especially before I sleep, I also have ADHD which makes it really hard to concentrate too lol

      @@niamhycakes24 the restless leg may be caused by a magnesium deficiency. You can start taking it with vitamin D. The D helps the body absorb the magnesium. They also sell a herbal restless leg pill in Walgreen's. It works wonders for myself and my daughter to calm down the crawly itchy feeling. Best of luck!!

    I want to thank you for your videos. I have listen to a few of them already. Last night I listened to this one and I had the most profound dream. I felt that I was in the classroom with other people and I was talking to someone about my mission and I was saying how hard it is. I feel I connected to something higher.
    I didn't expect much when I was listening to hypnotic meditation, I was just enjoying the process but I guess with time we learn to go deeper.

    After a month of somewhat of trying, I got my nearest attempt at shifting. Last night I was transported to a place that made me very happy, although not my DR. It wasn't quite a dream at all, but I don't believe I completely shifted, since I started dreaming after that.
    I don't try shifting every night, I use this to sleep quickly, I have a hard time sleeping without this video so I listen to it every night.

    It's been four months, haven't shifted, but got myself some better headphones, so hope that works.

    Update 2: It's been a year and no luck :) Not mad at all since this video puts me to sleep in seconds anyway

      remember to take breaks as well, taking breaks is important so you don't subconsciously feel less motivated

    I just fell completely to sleep and dont recall anything from listening to this. Life seems better today though for some inexplicable reason 🤷 is that what's meant to happen and will it have done anything if I slept through it?

    I really want to reality shift and I've been trying for a while but I feel like I'm not succeeding because "subconsciously" I just think it's bs? I really want to experience it but I'm not a spiritual person at all. Any tips?

      Don't think of it in a spiritual way, see it as an experience. It took me very long to finally shift, and I was one of these ppl who said it just lucid dreaming and those ppl are mental xD
      I learned, I grew and I had to realize its a individual journey and experience for everyone

      It is BS in a technical, metaphysical sense. But what you're really doing is trying to psychologically recreate your perceived reality, in terms of its boundaries and your own limitations. In that sense, it's psychologically valid.

      doubts are natural. if you 100% believed everything you were told you’d probably be dead by now. as an affirmation (if u use them) repeat “my doubts only make me stronger/ more powerful”.
      another thing i’ve found helpful is waiting until you’re absolutely exhausted and attempting to make your own methods.
      for example, i woke up at 4:30am and decided to attempt to shift using my OWN methods. they were absolutely wack and made little to no sense but they brought me closer to my DR than i’ve ever been.
      you just need to completely trust yourself and allow yourself to have faith in the universe

      If you put your finger on ur third eye area and say i will shift and shifting is easy (and more) multiple times, it should trick ur subconscious and help you to shift but idk

    I put this on last night and had the strangest (lucid??) Dream ever. It was really intense I'm going to try again tonight and see if it was a one off. I've been following along with the other lucid dreaming videos but never had a reaction like this.

      Shifting realities is not lucid dreaming it’s a concept based off the multiverse and moving your subconscious to a different reality. While lucid dreaming is just controlling what you do in your dream. It’s 2 different things.

    I have a few questions. 1st what is the best sleep position? 2nd I tend to cuddle things when I sleep ( blankets, stuffed animals, ect) should I stop cuddling them? And 3rd I have a dog that sleeps in my bed real close to me should I move her a bit away from me? Thanks to whoever reads this!

      1. it doesn't matter what position you're in. some lie in a starfish position but that's not the only way you can lie - don't let people tell you misinformation! just make sure you're comfortable and you can relax.
      *edit - answering other questions as i sent the comment before i finished)*
      2. when you're shifting you may feel the things around you disappearing. holding them could distract you, but i also hold stuffed animals when i sleep and it hasn't affected me. if you're easily distracted i'd move them, but again, do what makes you comfortable.
      3. yes, if you think she would be a distraction. i don't have a dog so i'm not aware if they move much in their sleep or do anything that could throw you off your shifting so i'd say move her aside.

    I definitely had more of a real feeling dream but still felt just vivid or lucid I wouldn't call it a shift just a very vivid but not fully lucid dream. I was aware of my feelings more in the dream but don't remember the dream itself lol idk if it's progress or not lol

      @@carmangreenway yeah it’s definitely lucid dreaming. But the term reality shifting gained use on the internet by people that actually believe they can shift realities. They don’t think they’re lucid dreaming or anything. So the use of the term reality shifting to me seems dubious since it was popularized by people in a way that frankly delusional. So if the title of the video used lucid dreaming, it wouldn’t be as dubious or much of an issues ethically
