I love this workout!! I've been doing it for a couple weeks now and I've improved a lot so now I'm trying to make it harder I do 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off and I am still able to follow along with you! I just use 15 seconds of the rest time to continue working :) Thanks so much for this! It's a lot of fun, gets me sweating and works out a lot of the basic skills/muscles you need for skating

This video was great! I wanted a way to exercise while getting used to being on my skates in different positions, so some of the exercises I had to adapt (since my toe stops and lack of balance got in the way). Thanks for making this video, I hope you make more!
Finished my first skate workout following this vid! I decided I wanna workout more, and working out with my skates on will give me more motivation to do it! I would for sure follow along with your skate work out vids! Love it! ❤️🛼💪🏻

I can’t wait to try it out tomorrow 😁 I’d love to see you incorporate some more skate drills into the workout, I saw the slow walk but maybe adding some bubbles or zeros or the Diamond into it? roller skating is a workout itself…. I love how you incorporated exercise moved on skates. Balance game definitely needs to be stronger to pull this off
Balance is KEY! Once you build that up youll be unstoppable! Also working out on skates is hard but REALLY fun so you don't have to think about it much 😇💞 You got it babes!
