  • I let myself go - here’s how I bounced back…
Traveling (aka gallivanting all over the world eating everything in sight) led me to gain a lot of weight. I ignored it, bought looser clothes, and lived in denial. But at the end of last year I could barely look at myself in the mirror.
I’m kind of an extremist, so I decided to make a drastic change to bring my “Deanne-ness” back.

Traveling to and from one state to the other has been a BANE to my weight loss journey. Your calves look great !

Traveling definitely adds an extra challenge! There's a lot of content and advice for eating on a vacation, but not much for people who travel frequently. I've learned a lot now about mindfulness and moderation.
      Thank you!

Slow and steady wins the race, ladies. No need to have such low calorie with exercise on top of it. Cull 200 calories from TDEE alone (without exercise) and you will see results, go 500 if you need. Sustainable weightloss is important. Be kind and healthy through any weightloss.
Love what Deanne said about giving into those cravings sometimes and noticing the trends in weightloss rather than day to day weight. Woman fluctuate. ❤

I 100% agree with you! Slow and steady weight loss is definitely what I would recommend instead of what I did, that’s why I gave so many disclaimers in the video to not copy me.
I was already going to the gym regularly and lifting weights when I started this, so it was less of a crazy jump for me.
      Thanks for watching ❤️

Thanks! I got the song from Epidemic Sound. It's called "I Know U Know" by Xavy Rusan
