@@baga-calligraphynew subscriber!! now I know you're using a huge nib much larger than what I would want. may I ask what size nib is needed to where I can *begin* to get that calligraphy look or more of the "Personal Touch" where you see discrepancies of Thin and Thick lines to make it look unique & "old fashioned" but still a nib I can use for everyday at our firm for work papers. if that makes any sense? I wouldn't want a big calligraphy nib like you have for my office paperwork with a fine and extra fine I can't get the look of the thinner and thicker lines. think of John Hancock and the Declaration of Independence- that style of writing where you can tell it was handwritten and very unique with a quill/fountain pen. Would a medium nib do the trick or what comes after medium for a writing style where you can tell it was written with a fountain pen & it has character but still appropriate for the office? cheers!

What is amazing with all of these channels that I look at with calligraphy people don’t understand that it’s cursive in a very flamboyant style. absolutely elegant absolutely beautiful learn cursive, then go to calligraphy, if you’re not of that generation, who hasn’t learned cursive

Idyllic, do you ever use ink that you dip the fountain pen in. I have tried and failed with black Fingers. lol you have such a beautiful hand. Was trying to watch when pressure is applied and then a light pressure
