Nice to see (and hear) that not only the Fender clean sounds are usable 😁 How does it compare to the Joyo American Sound, is it a step soundwise? Only tried one ampsim with a Fender setting and lets say it wasnt my fav clean tone 🙃 Would get a Mooer Micro preamp 006, but the automatically saving of the knob position is driving me nuts...
I have to say that for Fender (clean) sounds I still prefer the Joyo American Sound. I have looked at getting the Mooer too, but I've never tried one yet.
@@RudyBressers Damn, so no Flamma for me 😐. There is still the Joyo preamp, but its more focused on high gain I think. Guess I wont get anything until I hear decent Fender sounds produced by the pedal (and player 😀). Maybe I should get an used Mooer Preamp Model X2, have seen some for 100 bucks. Did you try the Joyo AS with an IR? I know it has a build in wanna-be-IR, but thats more an EQ setting? There are some videos with an IR test, I really like these : th-cam.com/users/shortsQTDlUy1cOhM th-cam.com/video/-yiWEePK7DU/w-d-xo.html
@@tellstarrsixtwo7120 You can use the Joyo AS with a cab sim and it still sounds good. However I've done the mod to remove the built in eq curve from the Joyo AS. Pretty easy to do if you're a little comfortable with a soldering iron (it's SMD so very tiny components 😁). Now it's a preamp only and the cab sim gets loaded from my Flamma ir loader.
Hi, I have had one of these pedals already stop working correctly on me. There is no clean channel any longer. I bought a new one and everything works fine except I can't bypass by holding down the foot switch and the button as you instruct to do in this video. Do you know if Flamma is having a run of bad FS06 pedals?
That's too bad! And very quickly too.. I haven't heard anything about a run of faulty pedals, so hopefully it's just bad luck. If the new one isn't working properly either, definitely contact them to have that one replaced as well.
You can use the cab sim from this pedal. But also you can switch off the cab sim if you want to use the speaker of a real amp. There's no need to use a separate cab sim pedal if you don't want to 👍
@@danielmahathir8102 between this preamp pedal + cab sim and a real amp you mean? In that case I would still prefer the real amp for the best sound. The pedal is much easier to carry however 😁
Well this video opened a can of 5150 clean tone worm for me
Hopefully that's a good thing? :)

are you going directly into sound card with this pedal? guitar -> flamma -> soundcard?
I like that it has 7 amps models for 75$
Yep, going direct in to my interface 👍
This preamp can run into return on real amp? For cab sim can just use in this pedal or need other cab sim pedals from flamma?

@@RudyBressers yes this preamp pedal use the cab on the real amp is it still sounding good? 😃
And switching off the cab sim build in this pedal just rum into the real amp cab is it okay for that? I mean the sound will be more clarity?
Muito bom o vídeo, qual é melhor pra usar como pré amp clean, o flamma ou o joyo american sound?
I would still prefer the AS when you're going for that Fender clean sound. The Flamma is more versatile though.

which pick up did you use? neck, mid, or bridge?
Mostly the neck pickup if I recall correctly.
How to save our setting in this pedal ?
You simply press the save/select button for 2 seconds.
Will this work good with a Red Box 5 DI?
I don't see why not. The preamp goes into the red box which acts as the speaker sim and from there into your interface.
Drive/dist Analog or Digital?
Digital as far as I know.
Flamma Fs06 or Mooer preamp x2?
I don't know the Mooer preamp x2, might have to check that one out sometime. :)
