I'm glad you're highlighting how people can use Kovaak's to improve but you clearly don't know anything about the program or what different scenarios are meant to be played/are helpful for. This is just obvious from the fact that you have the gun model turned on and you call Voltaic "voltalic" constantly. But in regard to the routines/scenarios you're actually going over in the video:
1. "When doing these tasks, the goal isn't to be as fast as possible, but as accurate as possible". Anyone who knows a thing about aim training will be able to tell you this just isn't true, the goal is to be both fast and accurate. Telling new players to be accurate and not fast is likely the leading cause of so many players having such terrible technique on static, going slowly, sauntering their way through each target. The proper technique should be a fast initial flick followed by a slow microcorrection.
2. How voxTS Static Click rAim is a task for microcorrections, the targets in 1w6ts reload are "really far apart", and 1w6ts simulates a Valorant comp game baffles me. Again, why you're telling people that accuracy is the most important on a reload scenario makes no sense to me. Reload scenarios are designed so you can go faster without worrying about accuracy, if you want a larger emphasis on accuracy, why play 1w6ts reload instead of 1wall 6targets small?
3. Target Switching 360 Static just does not train tracking at all, not sure where you got the idea that putting your crosshair on targets that are completely static trains your tracking?
4. Could you elaborate on what you mean by "mouse control" at 5:11?
5 . VoxTargetSwitch Click Small just has absolutely nothing to do with tracking. How is this dynamic clicking scenario, which focuses on target reading, click timing, and crosshair placement have anything to do with tracking? If you're tracking in VoxTargetSwitch Click Small, you are just not playing the scenario correctly...
6. Why are you moving while playing Cata IC Long Strafes. . .
7. The Voltaic playlist you're going off of isn't even the "Iron benchmarks" those aren't even a thing. . . what you're going off of is the fundamental playlist for players ranked Iron or below on the Voltaic Kovaak's Benchmarks, which you didn't even go over in this video.
8. You seem to not understand the nuance between smooth and reactive tracking, dynamic and static clicking, or any difference between any fundamental types of scenarios. Smooth scenarios are designed to work on smoothness, scenarios like Air and Ground Plaza (GP) work on reactive.
9. These no difference in verticality between Air Voltaic Far Long Strafes Very Easy and Air Voltaic Close Long Strafes Very Easy. They're the same scenario, except in one the bot is far and in the other the bot is close. The vertical movement in both scenarios are designed the exact same way. . .
10. What the hell kind of Valorant movement are you playing against where people pop and swing with GP close Long Strafes Easy movement??
11. 7:20, never heard the concept of "360 tracking" until now.
12. Pasu just isn't about click timing. I mean sure, a key aspect of dynamic clicking scenarios is click timing, and click timing is certainly is an aspect of Pasu, but to make that the only thing you mention about this scenario is just so strange.
13. The fact that you are clicking on a pokeball scenario just solidifies the already obvious fact that you have no idea what you're talking about with Kovaak's. Please, hold m1, spacebar, Lshift, whatever you bind to shoot, when playing pokeball. Pokeball trains the landings of your flicks, as well as your overall flick accuracy, not your "target acquisition". . .
I understand that this video was made with good intentions, but please at least do the very minimum research about the topic when you're trying to educate people about how to properly train using Kovaak's, otherwise you just end up teaching new players terrible fundamentals/put the wrong ideas in their heads about how aim training works. Videos like these and Tenz constantly playing gridshot are why players especially Valorant players, will try out aim training, not see results, and immediately put the blame Kovaak's or Aimlab.
