There is an Alexander technique video that i watch over and over when i want to fall asleep. I saw this notification and could not resist. Now i am at my desk, floating, and nearly sleeping. I knew i should have waited, but could NOT resist. This is my new favorite!!!! Bless you and your wonderful voice and perfect movements. Never disappointed. Love and peace!

@@RennieAsh yeah I agree, to each his/her own. I just prefer the more natural like interaction and role play in Chili B videos, those other channels seem too “manufactured” to me if you get what I’m saying. It doesn’t feel genuine, and feels forced.

I did martial arts for almost eight years. Body mechanics and alignment was explained in great detail when studying a technique. We were always told to move as a unit. If you are walking then your hip, shoulders and head need to also move at the same time. A person actually is stronger when using only the muscles needed. This is very evident in a punch.
I don't know why, but I find watching the Alexander technique intriguing, mesmerizing, and so relaxing. As usual you added your own great and unique style to the session. Phenomenal job as usual! Well done! Suggestion for future video that I don't think has been done before: cranial nerve exam on that doggie! 😆

I have a hard time turning off my mind at the end of the day as well. After everyone in my house is asleep, I turn on one of your videos and it helps me to calm myself. Your natural voice is so relaxing. I can tell that you are such a giving and kind person. I wish I had had something like this to share with my mama when she was battling Cancer. As a little girl, I remember that she would struggle to rest. I used to read to her because it relaxed her and we also watched Bob Ross videos together. 🥰She would have loved this. My daughter and I also watch together. God Bless you for all of the hard work you put into these videos. We love Jeremy too. It is so great that you both can work on these videos together. I tell my daughter that our purpose in life is to shine a light of love and do everything we can to put something positive into the world. I think you and Jeremy do that with these videos. Dude I had a whole semester-long course on the Alexander Technique in college and it was the most boring thing I've ever had to sit through Makes for great asmr content tho so good job!
Look up Diana Devitt Dawson. She explains it really well. And what it should feel like. It’s very helpful especially if you’re sitting at a desk all day.

Yes it's more of a process of doings things in a smooth gentle way than just performing triggers "at the camera". Some people like that style though

I guess it's supposed to bring awareness of your body, posture and movement. It's commonly taught to ballerinas and musicians.
