Think 1 packet of sauce is enough. I tried this at home using 1 packet, already very spicy. If u add 2 packets of sauce, u add additional ingredients like dried chilli, szechuan peppercorns it will be very spicy.
Yup, 1 packet will do if you can't take up the spicy level. Else 2 packets really taste great for us. ☺👍🏻

Yup, this type of dish is oily. Ma lat style usually has a layer of oil on top.
