If sony could pull off a miracle. My dream version of an FX3ii would be.
- 7k downsampled to 4k sensor with the same Dynamic range of the Sony A7IV
- Same Dual Native ISO of 800/12000
- Global Shutter (That's a stretch, but dare to dream) If not a read out speed of 7.2
- Latitude of at least 9
- Internal Variable ND's
- Open Gate
- False colour/Shutter angle etc
- Internal Raw, Preferably in X-OCN
- Possibly an SDI input, and maybe Genlock. (But this is a small camera. Hard to say how they could fit that in.
of course the various updates to autofocus and Stabilization.

FX3 M2 with your required features will available for 6500 US at least. Get this one. It will serve next 10 years.

most important to me is: Internal ND, Open Gate and 8K. The Body might be 1-2cm deeper, all videographers wouldn't mind it. If its reasonable the can make both FX3 and FX6
