it makes me laugh when people say that he is complaining. As a PAYING customer he has that right to review it and give his feedback. Even if the feedback is negative it is his right.
I find Outback trying to hang in there with their quality while so many of these sit down places are slipping and not what they used to be. Which I think is why you are starting to see so many of them starting to go under like Red Lobster is doing right now. My family used to visit Red Lobster at least twice a month when I was a kid. I think its been 5 years now since any of even visited one just because of bad experiences.
@@ambarlee717 if you listen to him eat the one bite of the onion without being it crunches so when he says it's undercooked I think he means cause the onion isn't soft enough like it should be
As someone who knows franchise restaurants workings. Corporate in most franchises have gotten rid of the position of expediter. This position is now front of house managers position on top of what they already did. It is not working for the small salary position they cut. The front of the house manager is now overwhelmed and they are getting up and quitting. The new dual position front house manager and expediter is done without any advancement in pay. 😡
I have a better question. Since when did complaining become a rude thing to do? There's a difference between complaining rudely and complaining politely.
I’m a cook at a restaurant and I know exactly what you’re talking about with the quality control when that particular establishment is very busy. The kitchen could be a little short staffed today, maybe one of the other cooks called in sick and they couldn’t find anyone to cover his shift so maybe some of the other cooks are having to work multiple stations ect…. You’re absolutely not wrong for reporting the mistakes that that establishment made and even with the mistakes that you called out, you still enjoyed the food and gave great scores. I love your videos ❤
There’s this Chinese restaurant I eat at every Friday. Food is hot and fresh every time. They never miss. One day I went when they were super busy and the food literally tasted like I ate a whole different restaurant . It was disgusting. But yeah your statement stands correct bruh
That location is always packed. A friend of mine who has been an executive chef at a few upscale steakhouses in NYC actually takes his family there fairly regularly. He says that particular location is actually quite good as they prepare the steaks pretty consistently well there. I’m sure it helps he’s gotten to know the steak chefs and manager also lol, but he says it doesn’t make a difference.
That is legit the only item on the menu that is better than any of their competitors. I have been highly disappointed with that chain. Tried it in Ohio and Florida and both were equally mid.
Outback is always 🔥🔥🔥 But the best Outback is in Edgewater. Everytime I went there the food came out perfect. Also the bread with the honey butter is 🔥🔥🔥
My Dad traveled for work and had outside food alot. He would come home and have a plain dinner and roll, simple salad and liked it so much more. All the fake spice and salt , excessive butter gets to you if you eat regularly.
outback has been one of my faves as well. It definitely has changed over the years but it still remains at the top for me. I miss the parmesan chicken. I worked there as a host in like 2010 lmao but I also cooked in the kitchen for 3 years back in 2017. the funniest thing though they seem to forget to sauce my wings more often than not.
I understand it's a franchise/location by location thing and most of your food looked really tasty, but Outback by me is pretty bad. few months ago i got fried chicken and a filet mignon to go, the steak was overcooked (i always ask for med-mostly rare, but it was gray in the middle), but it was at least edible. However the chicken was cold. like no joke, cold. it felt like they took leftover fried chicken out of a fridge and forgot to reheat it before bagging it up for me.
I'd be mad if I didn't get my ranch. I love their ranch!!!!! I just had Outback last week!!!! I got 2 orders of cheese fries just so I could get 2 big containers of ranch!!!!
Yeah when you order for pick up or delivery they don't give an eff how they pack it. And sometimes they are smaller portions. Resteraunt just don't care.
Every single outback Ive been to is HOT garboni bruh. Straight trash. So I envy you lmao Ruth was nice though in my area. I’ve eaten it a couple times in another state, but the price point is kinda wack. Chain steaks seem to be a way better bang for buck. I know there’s some folks who say the “experience” is worth it at fine dining, but nah that is some salt bae single digit IQ though process action. Anyways, point is, Texas RH will always be the goat imo for cheaper nice tasting steaks. I’d rather grill and smoke my own meat, but when I’m feelin lazy, Texas.
You order and pay for something, you deserve to get it. Easy as that. I go back to chain spots all the time, example McDonald's "bacon cajun ranch McCrispy" or whatever it's called...good sandwich in my opinion but here in Delaware there's a specific location that always forgets the bacon....it's literally the first word lol I'm not leaving without the bacon
i cant do chain restaurants anymore they cost the same or more for a worse version of a product i can get at a local place. it never tastes bad but its also never worth it compared to other options
I've learned I like my ribeye cooked medium. I was always a rare to mid rare guy, but to get that fat content to render, medium is perfect and juicy. A leaner cut like strip or filet, mid rare all day.
I LOVE their alice springs chicken and herb roasted prime rib. But the quality of the one here in my town has dropped dramatically so I have not been in a long time now.
dude if you wanna do a boss review, get the outbacker burger well done with no lettuce tomato or onion, with bacon cheddar and a fried egg, it already comes with mustard and pickle, favorite burger of all time, and you also gotta get the chicken casadia with a side of there house made honey mustard, blooming onion obviously, tell them crispy, and a house salad with ranch. and if u want good sides, there loaded garlic mash, and yeah there ausie fries. some real good food
I don't know if you have an Aspen Creek grill near you.But they have the best spicy chili I've ever eaten from a restaurant in my entire life. Please try it if you have one near and let us know your thoughts as well. Love your content.
Food is food , and if it’s good it’s good . But fr, I heard from a friend who used to work there , these steaks come in bags pre cooked ? Am I tripping? Anyone? Love your content
I do not go to Outback often. After seeing this I remembered why. Average food and bad service. Nothing looked appetizing. All mid. Never will go back again.
I don't want to pay any amount of money "to be at least accurate." I want my order "to be 100% correct" because I paid for it. Furthermore, the foolish individuals who think you're complaining would do the exact same thing.
It's simple, you paid for an item and you should get it, it's not complaining.
Facts 💯
Thank u!!! My husband tells me it’s bein picky… I tell him IT’S GETN WHAT U PAY FOR!!!
@@nonfadeablesome people be extra you should listen to your husband when it’s needed.
Its not complaining if they made a mistake. You are entitled to what you ordered and paid fof.
“Complaining?!?!” You don’t complain enough imo. Your standards are reasonable…half the time places can’t even meet those.
If my order was like that? That manager would have words with me. I'd demand my money back. Call them out dude.
it makes me laugh when people say that he is complaining. As a PAYING customer he has that right to review it and give his feedback. Even if the feedback is negative it is his right.
Exactly
Outback’s bread deserves more recognition 🔥
I was just about to say this 🫶🏾

Kookaburra wings are highly slept on...
Been wantn to try these😋😋😋
Medium is the best. Beautiful blend of seasoning. Not too bland like mild and not overly heated up like hot.
Facts.. their wings are mighty tasty
Undercooked bloomin onion. Did not include the ranch. BRUH 😢
Steam from the to go container does that

Blooming onion YES - the video starting with that makes the video righteous
When you said Outback Steakhouse my head heard Big back Steakhouse LOL love the content man. Keep em coming!
No ranch with the Aussie fries is criminal 😭
Since when is missing something out of your order that you paid for considered “complaining”
I have a better question. Since when did complaining become a rude thing to do? There's a difference between complaining rudely and complaining politely.
When the bloomin onion is done right it's the best appetizer at any chain restaurant
Schratz, you've been killing it with these videos lately. Keep it up!
Got the ribeye sweet!!! Gotta get the cowboy ribeye at longhorn with firecracker shirmp and stuffed mushrooms 😅
I worked at the Edgewater one and then the Rochelle Park one way back when they both first opened.
I’m a cook at a restaurant and I know exactly what you’re talking about with the quality control when that particular establishment is very busy. When I report to my manager something, she says I am complaining....Understand u, people always have opposite interpretation in ur words or action.
Definitely NOT complaining! Placing an order and having the expectation for the order to be accurate is just reality 🤷🏾♀️
I miss the Aussie ribs from there they are breaded like the wings with the bbq sauce they were amazing

Bonefish grille. Got to try the bang bang shrimp!
That is legit the only item on the menu that is better than any of their competitors. I have been highly disappointed with that chain. Tried it in Ohio and Florida and both were equally mid.
The bang bang shrimp does bang and is a banger no pun intended.

Longhorns steakhouse, a hidden gem in New England.

Brussel sprouts if you can remove the sauce for sure do it , every other place that sells those puts a nasty sauce on top of it haha
i cant do chain restaurants anymore they cost the same or more for a worse version of a product i can get at a local place. it never tastes bad but its also never worth it compared to other options
Our local outback has the same problem about 45% of the time they screw up your order 😡
I agree with you. ordered what you & they don’t listen.
Love outback. I always get the sirloin with the mushrooms. Delicious
thats how the wings come, they are correct
I tend to go to Longhorn because I'm on a limited budget and they're a little cheaper lol. I really like them though.
Dope vid, Outback is the goat. King bring the beard back. 🔥

Awesome video man the king never disappoints 🔥🔥

Their mild or hot wings don’t come with sauce, it’s the seasoning that make the difference
my mans got a real steak now! Ribeye FTW
Longhorn Steakhouse Chocolate Stampede dessert
The wings are my favorite. But the outback near me always f.sup my order and the service is terrible.
fun fact. i have the same exact joker tattoo in the same exact place. left hand
I love a good Ribeye ❤ The wings looked 🔥. Ribs are also evenly glazed to perfection. 🤤W content
Medium kookubarra wings all day def!
The Outback in your area must be one of one because I’ve been to a few & everything is usually mid with the exception of the wings
A restaurant messing up orders? no way 😅😅😅 they always do
I'll def try rib eye...
Texas Roadhouse makes a better blooming onion.
Your the paying customer .. btw still love your song from ‘86 . “ Word Up “
I remember going here for my birthday, I was so happy when I was eating there chicken wings lol. Love the vid bro👍🏼
Damn these restaurants been messing up king orders lately what's going on is it kids behind the registers 😂
The ppl who say you're complaining work in restaurants & mess up ppl orders on the regular
Kookaburra wings are top tier bro
I wanna try Outback’s one day 🤗❤️💕❤️💕, love love love 💕❤️💕❤️💕
I had outback for my birthday and it was decent but not that special. I tried the bloomin onion and loved it and that weird ass cake was trash 😂
Onion with the steak lookin like a squind ring if anything lol

35 dollars. This better be twice as good as texas roadhouse.
I prefer Texas Roadhouse over Outback but I still enjoy Outback.
I miss outback, they closed all their locations here in Hawaii 😭
His left over game must be crazy
He gives most of his food away to his family and stuff
Outback has the BEST wings tho 😊
Good review King, Wendy's has new saucy nuggets you got that video coming up?

Thank you for your feedback, I am an Outback manager with that being said, it gives me the opportunity to improve .
Nice half a cup of soup there lol.
I'm a cook and most of the time we never see or get the tip the servers do and don't tell us
Idc what anyone says Outback is my pick when it’s time for me to pick where we eat
Just got a pasta and steak dish from them and my noodles were undercooked. The ribeye or wings are the only thing worth ordering there imo.
I don't mind Outback I am just more of a Texas Roadhouse fan❤😋
I do not go to Outback often. After seeing this I remembered why. Average food and bad service. Nothing looked appetizing. All mid. Never will go back again.
Their steak and sweet potato are good, everything else is high sodium hell.
Haven’t been to outback in a min
ask for dry wings and hot wings and youll see the difference
Check your orders before you go any restaurant
I know you said no finals talk until it's over but when it is over, can we get an unfiltered w Sam
how do u spend so much per day and make profit?

What about long horns?
I live in NY State and the outback franchises are gone.
