Good morning! Love your stitching projects❤. I'm currently stitching The Quilter from the pattern called Mama The Quilter., Bunny Publications from 1986. In honor of my Paternal Grandmother who hand quilted. Always look forward to your videos
Love to see all your fun things that you’re stitching on. I have the one Plum Street sampler that you’re working on. It has the pinks with the brick house and that one’s a beautiful one. I haven’t started stitching it yet but seeing yours as far along as it is, it’s beautiful, thanks for sharing all your beautiful things .
Just discovered your youtube channel today -- I have watched at least five videos and enjoyed all of the quilting projects shared -- and now the cross stitch, too. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
I just love that you also cross stitch! (I just found this video) I haven't done it myself in (gulp!) 40 years but I have just started some this week! I also love the prim stitches❤
Good video! You are so calm and it is relaxing to listen to you. I have 350 pieces on my walls. I hang everything no matter the season. I have been stitching since 1975. I really like Plum Street samplers. My absolute favorite is Prairie Schooler. I have a wall of just Prairie Schoolers. Stitched my first one in 1986.
What a lovely video today highlighting yr cross stitch. I’m stitching a Lizzie Kate while watching you. I know it’s a distance but maybe a call to Craft Gallery in Findlay Ohio; it is a wonderful shop offering framing. I’m in Michigan & travel 1.5 hr, they also do framing for Teresa Kogut. So enjoy yr Xstitch & quilting. 🎄😇
Tammie, I love your Quaker picture. I also am stitching This is the Day.i did need to stop and stitch my niece a picture for Christmas. Happy Holiday season.
You have an abundance of quilting and needle work shops because of your cold weather. I believe your area used to be referred to as the quilting capital. All the best quilt pattern writers and creators came from there. I am a native Houstonian and you can imagine not a lot of cold weather. But, I learned through books written by gals up north 50 years ago. I continue to love quilting. I just learned cross stitch a couple years ago and absolutely am addicted to it. My projects are more whimsical . I have no wall space so I can only display seasonally. Yours are lovely
Such great information. I guess we should be thankful for colder weather then, huh?! It keeps us indoors to stitch. Although I've never lived in Houston, I assume the hot weather keeps you indoors as well.
Great to see your floss tube. I have started the "Good Will to Men" using a deep navy on what I had on hand for fabric. I can only believe how hard it would be to choose when in Country Sampler. Enjoy the season upon us. God speed.
Thank you for another lovely video. I love your quilting videos as I've quilted for 40 years. I'm back cross stitching in the past 8 months as I looked for a quilt group but found a stitching group who were also quilters. I just finished a Canadian sampler by Erin Elizabeth Designs
Thanks! I think I'm going to do a new start every 5 days in the month of December. I began on the 1st and then the 5th, 10th, 15th, etc. Kind of like my own advent calendar!
It was fun to see what you have been working on for your cross stitch projects. I have the big sampler in the Let Love Reign book as one of my projects. I really like it, and I added more of the blue to the border flowers so it is not quite so much brown. There are so many wonderful designers with gorgeous patterns. I have been mostly quilting though as I have been in a bit of a slump for the cross stitch. Enjoy your stitching, and I really look forward to seeing your quilting next week. Blessings to you and your family
Next time you come to Wisconsin to visit your son, you can add Lynn's of Madison to your list of shops to visit. There is also a shop in Mount Horeb (along Hwy 18) called Witchery Stitchery. This is southeast of Spring Green. The three shops would make a great day trip as it would be easy to make a big loop.
My cross stitching has been next to NONE for quite some time now. Watching this floss tube has made me miss it. The idea of a one thread morning stitch really appeals to me. My big problem is that if I get bored and put the project away I will probably never see it again. 😊
I'm a visual person as well. Out of sight, out of mind. So I keep my projects in pretty project bags in a basket near the living room. Walking past them every day makes me happy and reminds me to work on them.
Enjoyed your floss tube - so many of the same projects that I am working on. There is a 3rd companion piece to Be Kind and Exceedingly Diligent - it is called Be a Friend - I have them all kitted and ready to start in the New Year. Looking forward to your next floss tube
I’m doing jingle ball this weekend! I am currently stitching Country Cottage Needleworks Silent Night, changed the church doors to red. The church reminds me of one I drive by in the country and has red door. I vote the Be Kind to One Another. I have This Happy Morning but I’m an Aida stitcher so it has been set aside. Just don’t know if it can be done on Aida.
Hi Tammy there is a frame shop in Danville Illinois called Resh Frame shop. At least it was still there a couple of years ago. We have since moved to Florida. Not much in Danville but it would be a great chance to eat at the Beef House.
YOU INSPIRE ME I GOT A QUILT DONE BY A LONGARMER I HAVE MADE THE STRIPES FOR THE BINDING MY ROTARY CUTTER BLADE WAS DULL TODAY I WENT AND PICKED UPP 4 QUILT BATTS FROM A QUILT SHOP IN THE TOWN WHERE MY SISTER LIVESI GOT TO PICK A PRIZE OF THE TREE IN THE SHOP IT WAS MY CHOICE FROM A GIFT BOX I CHOOSE A LEXINTON CHARMM PACK 25 WITH A THREAD CUTTER ON YOUR FINGERMY SISTERS HOUSE IS SO BEAUTIFUL LIKE A CHRISTMAS STORE SHE HAS 4 TREES MAKES ME FEEL CHRITMASY MY HUSBAND GAVE ME SOME MONEY FOR CHRISTMAS SO BOUGHT A ROTATING CUTTING MATI BOUGHT A COUPLE OFMETERS OF RED FABRIC SO I CAN FINISH A BACKI STAYED WITH IN MY BUGET ISEE SO MANY PEOPLE GO INTO DEBT I AM NOT ONE OF THEM I AM HAPPY I GOT TO SEE FAMILY AND GET WHAT I NEEDED
Loved this video and especially your visit to country sampler. I tried to call and their listed phone apparently is out of date as is their blog and website. I’m doing something wrong. Am interested in quilt shown can you give me an email for them or phone? Tks
No fears. It can always be restitched, or stitches pulled out. There's always more thread and more linen. The clarity comes with the doing. Start with one thread. Then the next day, one more thread. Pretty soon, one thread won't be enough to satisfy!
Good morning! Love your stitching projects❤. I'm currently stitching The Quilter from the pattern called Mama The Quilter., Bunny Publications from 1986. In honor of my Paternal Grandmother who hand quilted. Always look forward to your videos
Oh, please send pictures! I'd love to see it!

I just love that you also cross stitch! (I just found this video) I haven't done it myself in (gulp!) 40 years but I have just started some this week! I also love the prim stitches❤
I’m so glad cross stitching has been resurrected! And it’s even better now!

Love your floss tube. I vote for Be kind to one another. I am not a “sampler” stitcher. Have a great week.
Thanks for your input. I love that one too!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful stitching.
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching!

Amazing projects! You have become an enabler. I had to pause and go shopping 😊
Sorry! Not sorry! Enjoy!
Your finish is lovely!
Thank you!
So many pretty stitching projects! Love them all! Thank you for sharing!
My pleasure! Thanks for watching!

Oh, deep navy sounds lovely!

I enjoyed seeing what you are stitching. Have fun with your new starts.

Thanks so much Pam. We have our seasons, don't we?! Nothing wrong with that. Happy stitching!

Oh, I didn't know that! Thanks for the information. It sounds like a wonderful 2024!
So great to see what you are working on! Glad you decided to make another flosstube :) ❤
Thank you! 😊
Loved your floss tube. I wish I could find Teresa Kogut's XS313 Deck the Halls, but I don't think it's available anymore.
It may have been a Jingle Ball exclusive last year. She may release it at a later date.
So very good to see you again Tammy! Start them all, L O L have a very blessed and merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄
I think I might! My own cross stitch advent (ure)!
I’m doing jingle ball this weekend! I am currently stitching Country Cottage Needleworks Silent Night, changed the church doors to red. I love red doors! So fun!

Thanks so much! Can’t pass up those Beefhouse rolls!
❤❤❤❤❤
I’m asking for t-shirts (bonus for cross stitch themed), perfume and cross stitch stuff of course!
I hope you get them all!
I often hear flosstube people recommend L and M framing in Batavia, Ohio. Pam and Steph use her.
Thanks. I'll look them up.
