I am sorry you had to go to a crowded area, it can be very overwhelming. I am working surrounded by people at all times, so I understand how overwhelming it can be. The sound that the chicken made against the cutting board scared me jaja it was very loud! Also, the miso soup with mushrooms and greeny leaves (is it spinach?) looks delicious. Lately, I haven't been able to eat as many veggies as I normally do and instead, I have been eating much more meat, so I am a bit tired of it. I will say that the chicken salad looked very good too. It can be quite unpleasant when a loud noise suddenly occurs.The green vegetable is lettuce. I add leftover vegetables to the miso soup to get some dietary fiber. With the yen's depreciation, meat has become really expensive, so I end up using a lot of chicken.
