Ngl, I thought I completely messed up the npc story lines once I got to that room before the final boss. Almost made me sad seeing everyone turn against each other...almost.
Wanna something more sadder, if you don’t do moore’s questline he be alive at the end and he’ll ask where did everyone go and when you stop talking to him he says “your the only one that visits me” or something like that made me feel like a monster I felt so sad

He still sides with with Redmane Freyja but at least after you kill him he will drop his full armor and shield, as long as you have done the start of Dane’s quest to get hand weapon he will drop his hat and leg wraps (weapon) and you get ledas chest armor and light greatsword, ansbach and thiolier are supposed to side with you if you finish their quests and you will summon them both for both fights (if you know what I mean)

The first one will result him to appear at the end, the second one.... he'll unalive himself
For anyone struggling to beat the final boss fight with the NPC’s (they add on a huge amount of health to the boss, I found it significantly easier to fight without them). You can choose to not summon them and you will still get the rewards. I killed the boss without them and their bodies still end up in the arena to loot after reloading the area.
You also get Tholliers weapon and gear if you can summon him at the final boss. He will be dead in front of Ansbach
How does that work if he is sleeping with Saint Trina?

can confirm you don't need to summon him you just need to progress his quest
tired summoning him before but it made the final fight even harder so i went with just the mimic tear
You don’t have to summon him and still get it as long as you done his quest up until that point

You can also get Dryleafs set even though it isn't there with everyone else's who was in the melee. Also if you are struggling with the final boss, just equip Moores shield, the spear talisman, and any weapon you can use while blocking with the shield. Absolutely trivializes the fight. That shield makes you sip stamina when blocking. Also has really good base damage and scaling if you want to make a shield only build too.
I think the fingerprint shield is still the best, but yes getting it is a pain in the ass, (the leyndell platforming section 💀)
@@cosmicshadow_3366 I think it wins on resistances, (definitely not on guard boost though) but now with the new talisman that boosts non physical guarding negation you hardly take any damage while blocking whatever you may be blocking. I believe Moores is slightly lighter, but I guess what would really give fingerprint the edge is the fact that you can change its ash of war/attunement. Which means you can spec it out to block essentially all of a certain type of damage.
I tried beating the final boss with the summons but the HP gain they get from the two summons was way too much for me
I had a much easier time going alone even with the lack of distractions. They just don't do enough damage to compensate for the added difficulty
Yeah, they really need to nerf that summon health scaling, because it basically triples the damn healthbar.
@@FelisImpurratorRadahn for me NG+7 health is 66K now imagine with summons probably like 80K but I beated him already
i tried him so many times, but honestly, no summons with mimic tear is way easier than summing them, the hp gain is too much compared to the distraction
I limit my self to 1 summon even with a bleed build taking whole percentages off their health its too much

This is why i haven't done any main story bosses and have just grind and farm for weapons
If you already lift the statues you can run down from 7th floor grace to get the secret rite

I messed up Ansbachs quest and now cannot get Obsidian Lamina, the only DLC weapon I'm missing, I was so excited for a new scythe in the DLC too...
after final battle check St Trina ..
also many people will say to go speek to Leda after Mesmer to get the second invasion with/aganist Ansbach, this can however be missed/skipped?? and he will just show up at the final fights anyway so .. idk
I was jumping onto the slabs near Ansbach where he first spawns and got glitched in the air, then for some reason it started damaging him. Even absolution isn’t doing anything. Fun.

If you're gonna fight dlc last post with other person to help (there's nothing bad with that) you don't have to summon him, if you finish the fight and rest his body still gonna spawn in the arena

When you do the quests, when you want the swift slash, you will be locked out of Ansbachs Longbow, which has an 8 shot ash of war.
Both of these require you to assist the enemy of Leda, so that she won't fight the other one.
The ending to this quest is so epic
i dont have it yet either, but im thinking st trina's weapon kills like she does, when you imbue the nectar, when sleep maxes.
does getting all this stuff matter wethere you fight hornsent or leda when you have to choose or just fight any one of them

Okay I’m lost. Does suggesting freya(or any one of them in general) lock you out of hornsent and asnbach quest or can you just suggest anyone? Also do you get specific/special rewards assisting any one of them against Leda? ALSO is ansbach and theolier (if you did his quest) fixed summons for Leda final fight before the boss fight?
I pulled the lever before getting the note.. is there another way to that grace point and note? Or am i screwed lol

I would only recommend usin fragments if you don't want a challenge. Still have yet to use a one.
I only got the dude with his face completely to help me against Leda. He’s the guy standing with her at the grave site. Pretty sure I messed up they quests hard and now I gotta face the final boss alone

Hi i was doing this Quest without knowing It but i didn't get the letter for freya. Is It because i entered from the backdoor and not from the main entrance?so the only difference Is that i have to kill the main gate boss?
I’m my game I went and helped Hornscent against Leda and she disappeared without without ever mentioning to kill Ansbach, I tried going back to where he is on the first floor but there’s no invading option, have I missed something?

fought Leda and some others after that I went to see freyja but she wasn't there except for her armor and sword for some reason I got double swords and armor
So defending hornsent from Leda won’t prevent progressing the rest of her quest?
I didn’t know about these quest lines and used Messmer’s flame to burn the shadow tree 💀 I hate when you miss something because you didn’t know about it. Guess I’ll do it in another run…
This is the main questline. There are bits ppl could miss if they don't pay attention but this IS the DLC main quest
So you don't have to defend Ansbach and fight Leda with him during her lets-kill-everybody-preventively parano phase?
Because I helped Hornsent and fought her, so no I don't have the option to fight her defending Ansbach.
I did everything in the video so far (haven't burned the tree yet), exhausted Ansbach dialogue and got the shield from Freya. Am I good? (and I did Tholliers's quest)

Looking for a little help if anyone knows, is it possible to get both the dashing and rolling attack talismans in 1 playthrough? I messed up playing blind and locked myself out of both on my first go round and it would suck to have to get to NG+2 to make an agility based dashing/rolling attack build

Cotton a pro gamer confirmed. Took me about 6 hours, a larval tear, and level 19 scadu to finally get the final boss.

I fxxked up. I went back to ansbach to give him the scroll instead of going up to freya. Now he’s nowhere to be found except the summon signs to assist leda or ansbach, which I chose ansbach. Still, he’s nowhere to be found, and ferya just keeps saying the same line over and over. How screwed am I?
Also, after I gave up looking for him, I went and killed messmer but the bridge door wont open. I tried googling what I could’ve done wrong but nothing came up. Am I bugged out or is there something I miss?
U should be fine but u can just choose to help one of them. I’d choose to help Freda but that’s me. Idk y u can’t open the door tho

He won't drop if killed. You have to progress the quest and kill final boss then he will drop it .

U r missing the 2nd divine beast fight I can tell as u don't have the grace leading to it.. It's not far from that scorpion boss fight.. Defeat the 2nd divine beast and u get a legendary incantation of storms. Lil tip there... The 2nd beast also shoots death blight so beware..

@@reignmeneses956 it is the night armor which kind of sucks ass and the night shield above it which also has essentially no use due to jt being a shield with less than 100 physical resistance

How does st Trina fit into this ?
In the lore or in the quest? St Trina is part of Tholliers quest, and in the lore is actually Miquella (or part of them at least) that's why you find St Trina dead after you defeat the final boss.

Bro I gave him the scroll and he didn't let me chose the freya section anymore, so I missed the letter.
You have to rest at a site of grace first. Anytime you run into that situation just rest, usually progresses things.

Can you not just be relentless and kill them all for their ball bearings and gear then turn in the ball bearings at the twin maidens in roundtable hold for all the stuff they give you.
Seems a lot less work than the questline if you prefer leaving no one alive 😂😂
