Thanks for the tip, in Munich for the first time and I went to the Indian restaurant 😊. It was delicious! I lived in London for 20 years and this was as good as I was used to from the UK 👍.
Been going to München on and off since childhood. Some priceless memories of the infamous beer festival and meeting lots of interesting peeps 😊Would love to check out that Madam Chutney place - you sound like you know about Punjabi food 👌🏽
Great day! Also great tip! I live in Munich, but I didn't know this Indian restaurant. Will try it! So fun, when I saw you driving in next to the Allianz Stadion, I just came in there this afternoon, after a loooooong drive from Wuppertal, a city you probably don't know 🙂
@@JayStephan Well, if you ever want to see something different, plan a trip. Ride with the Schwebebahn (the only one that exists in the whole world), don't loose too much time in the city, get outside in nature, or make it a trip to visit as many "Talsperren and Stauseen" as you possibly can (I did oncem, and it was really beautiful), there are so many in the vicinity. From Wuppertal drive to Zons, which is an old "Feste", for fun you can even get there by a car ferry (very short ride). And from there explore Düsseldorf, Schloss Benrath, Schloss Hugenpoet in Ratingen and other things. Should you ever plan to visit, let me know, I can give you some tips. I grew up in Wuppertal, before I moved to New York and then to Munich, with a little stint living in Florence, Italy. So as you can see I covered the most important cities 😂
Viktualienmarkt , a must watch 👌 But Obatzda.... 😬 I understand , it is like you love it or you hate it. 😁. There are many locations in Munich. But I love the "alte Pinakothek" , and close to it there is a traditional restaurant, which has common Bavarian food, but the restaurant itself is special. It has that 19th century flair. You literally feel the time, all the famous artists who were there, the students who had there parties but also there revolutionary speeches. It has great interior with the special Munich spirit of the 19th century. Salon Schelling. And Thank you for the hint of the Indian restaurant. We feel the same way for Thai food, finding a good one here in Germany hardly possible.
I do hope the various countries keep track of the various infections in Europe. I know the C infections are on the rise, and really hope no lockdown will be needed. 🤔
The „this is not spicy“-dude: Rest in peace ha ha ha ha #neverforget 😪 Talking spicy: Next time in Munich, check out Gute Nacht Wurst. Just curry sausage, but done really well. They have hot sauces ranging from 0-6, I believe. But 2 is almost not edible any more already. When you order above 1, the waiter will stay at your table for a moment and check if you are OK. 😄😅 I found out that, say 1.5 is a good strength to provide some serious spicyness, but still be enjoyable, as well.
Question? Why do Americans in particular while choosing something to eat, looking for something to eat add "food" after saying the country name every time, they know that you are looking for something to eat so adding "food" afterwards seems a little odd to many Brits, I don't ever recall this happening when deciding what car to buy or rent. I'm not being rude or nasty, I'm just curious to know why.
Oh, thank you very much! Now the place will be even more crammed than it was to begin with.

I don’t think we will have any more lockdowns. In fact several states have even removed all quarantine restrictions. If your sick, stay home as usual.
