Where are you located, mate. They say gold is where you find it. Get yourself the basics, a panning kit, and a shovel to start with and the book gold occurrences uk by Lee Palmer there's loads of location in the book to try your luck at and always get permission from the landowner too. 👍

I would class it as English glacier gold purley because it found in england but originated from quartz in wales mate
