Hi there, I like your videos a lot. BTW, I am interested in De novo transcriptome annotation without reference genome, and using such transcriptome as a reference for DEG. Is there any tutorial video for that? Thank you

You should contact the admins of the Chipster server that you are using. If you are not sure, please check the URL of the website which you use to launch Chipster. For example, chipster.csc.fi/ means that you are using CSC's Chipster server in Finland and you can contact [e-mail] for technical support. If you don't have the email address of the admins of your Chipster server, you can always send a message (containing the URL) to the mailing list [e-mail] and we can help you.
