Thanks Grate. It's mid-summer here, too much outdoors activities going on now, I haven't been doing much playing lately...been doing a lot of sanding and painting outside. After that work, my hands are too messed up and stiff to play anything much. Takes a while to get my hands back.

It plays pretty good as-is as a Bluegrass instrument, not so good as a fingerpicking instrument, but it will...soon!😁 Yep, this one was a long time coming. A person just can't go out every day and find a good older D-45, unless you're rich or something. I was lucky...again. 🎸
