One thing I loved is how pale Ellie looks when she comes out of the barn. Not sure if its placebo but, once Ellie finally sees joel, you can see colour start to come back to her face. Very nice little detail
Ellie's overkill with the cleaver on David parallels Joel punching the guard to death in episode 1. Bella Ramsey is absolutely crushing this role and I hope she gets an Emmy for this episode
Yeah, the deer scene was surreal, it's like an actual deer. Props to the prop maker actually, and the one when the deer get shot, it was just cg. I mean the one in the game already looked real.
things I don't get/miss are 2: -why does the resort folk don't show up at the end in some way, like joel followed the blood hints to their base and nobody is around or what? and u can't argue that maybe that is a hutt which is bit away of the resort cause david showed up with food and the whole scene takes place at the building where they all eat so :/ -also why do they go straight to the river at the end? you're in the resort and sooner or later some people will show up noticing the fire, like go left or right still my fav episode, but that are some logic errors
Mm, i do think it must be somewhat away, he said not everyone knows abt the human meat, remember? Just a few. So Ig there is not a lot of people hanging out there where they keep the meat. He prob doesnt allow people to go there except when it is time to eat, etc.
first of all , let's forget about Ellie , injecting the syringe directly into the wound which was completely stupid by the way hehehe , the real question is ... how could she trust the guy who gave her the medecine to be legit ? she just found out that he was after them ... and yet she did it without thinking , it could not been penicillin but some cyanide that could kill Joel.
That is how they get around copyright issues I believe. Either only part of the episode unblocked or block the full thing to show us the reactors full reaction. Can't have best of both worlds
