Hello Elodie, this is a tough one! They are both excellent in my opinion and it depends on what your needs are. The CS700 is for commercial use and the Angel is for personal use. Hello Foreign Bone, this is a cold press juicer and spins at slow speeds so the oxidation process will not happen instantaneously. It will happen in about 2 days. And yes, it retains most of its nutrients. Thanks for watching :)
You're wrong. Juicers with auger's are considered cold press. Juicers with gears like Greenstar, Angel or Champion juicers that grind the fruit or vegetable are considered masticating juicers. Lookup the word masticating.

Correct yourself :) It's not a cold press. It is called a slow masticating juicer. Cold press is a whole different tech.
