Really enjoyed the video! My number one tip is to read the online manual. In Logic you have a world class piece of highly developed software and you are denying yourself of it's (and therefore your own) potential if you are bluffing your way through on a few TH-cam videos. The manual is online, free, broken up into bite size pieces, searchable, cross-indexed and up to date.

I completely suck with technology, even the most basic functions are a challenge to me. I always figured id hire an engineer and my job would be to write and record... Super cool video man-- I've actually been using the transpose function to put together bass lines (since I don’t own one) where I'll cut the bass line on the low e string of my guitar and transpose it down. Has been working for me much better than combining different midi sounds!
