      Not specifically but Daca holders could apply for a work visa if they have a degree.

      I am hoping that they will allow people with multiple entries to file for parole in place but we have to wait and see what the specific guidelines are.

    What about the people that have applied for the 601A and it jas been approved? Do they have to start all over? Thank you

    • @TheGreenCardLawyer
      @TheGreenCardLawyer  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      This should not affect I601A approvals or cases that have been filed. This is also an executive order so which could be overturned by a new administration.

    Would a criminal record affect both parties if the citizen has a record and the applicant doesn’t ?

      The government needs to address the delays in timing for I601 and I601a waivers as this administration has failed to address the lengthy waits for humanitarian cases such as waivers.

    There are highly educated graduates who studied in USA and working on H1B and waiting for their GC. They have been staying in in USA above 10-15 years. Best thing is to grant gc to those highly tax paying ones. Mainly the backlog is long for Indians. This will benefit the economy and also it will reduce the stress of getting stamps for every 2-3 years. May people are missing weddings, Funerals as they can't find visa slots for 3-6 months.
