Beware. You will get confused between the locals and foreign workers, such as Indonesians, Bangladeshis, Indians, Myanmar, Rohingya, and Nepalese (to name a few). They may look like the locals, but they aren't. There have been cases of some TH-camrs making complaints when those "locals" didn't smile at them.
Can you pls try our national food called Nasi Lemak... After that our famous Indian food Roti Chanai... And then our best milk tea Teh Tarik (Pulled tea) cause when you prepare this drink you need to pouring the water from cup to another cup is look like pulling the tea...
I did try most of those definately had Nasi Lemak ,Rendang and Sate ,also had Roti every morning from Kedai mamak husin which was at the bottom of my accomodation The Robertson Residences.
That not street food mate... That is mix traditional food in city.... Most will tell jalan alor... What not still over rated... But convenient for travellers within .. accomodation.....But need to travel to out skirt,.. I bet u there is where Malaysian hospitality lies.. and best food

@@tonyrocks1968it is ok to be slightly ripped off as you saved your transport fee to and from other food destinations which might be cheaper but end up similar costs 😅.
