I bet it was me thanking you for helping me with my hose that wouldn't dry - and you gave me this amazing answer about using "Preheat" which on my ResMed 11 was called "warmup". This problem with the tiny water droplets has been bugging me since I first washed my hose back in April 2024. Your solution - GENIUS!!!! I tried ti today - and it didn't take more than 5 minutes to dry out all the tiny water droplets in my hose. It may seem minor - but with all the new things I'm having to learn and do - you really explained exactly what I had to do!! Thank you - screw TH-cam!!!! You made a difference! Keep doing what you do!
