Guys, this video was originally going to be my first channel membership video, but I changed my mind and wanted to share it with you for free. I'm still trying to figure out a way to monetize this channel to be able to deliver you higher quality content, so I want you to let me know what you would like to see more of and what you would be willing to spend to support the journey as a creator! Let's here it below!!!! For the time being, if you want to support the channel, consider donating on Venmo @Joseph-Ricottone-1 or buy a sticker at optimisticfanclub.com/
Vrabel's strength as a coach is his no-nonsense approach to the game and being a player's coach when he and the player are on the same page. However, he clashes a lot with players who either : (require more attention, development) or (a veteran players set in their ways) and not the best X and O's which has led to his demise in Tennessee...if he learns to choose better his coordinators in particular (for game plan and player development too) he will bounce back nicely.
That's great! Went to grade school with Vrabel. I seem to recall him having a not so flattering opinion of the Browns! Maybe called them the Clowns? Don't really recall if that was him or an ex brother in law. But even if he did, not going to hold it against him. It was 4th or 5th grade. We were kids. And I'm sure if he's part of creating success with this team he'll be ride or die, as he was meant to be being a NE Ohio native.
I’m sorry but I have to disagree with you Ryan Day is not on the edge of getting fired. Nor does Vrabel have any interest in going back to college coaching. He’s said it before himself how much he hated recruiting and at a program like Ohio State you must recruit at a very high level. Michigan cheated to beat them and ducked them in 2020 when they were a 30 point favorite. Ryan Day’s seat is not nearly as hot as you would think. Every great OSU coach over the last 20 years has come out and defended the man. I respect your NFL takes but it’s clear you don’t pay enough attention to the college landscape.
Top 3 defense that is returning the majority of its players, made the playoffs with over 25% of its roster on IR? Reigning COTY? Elite offensive weapons? Lost 1 game at home last season?
I low key feel youre responding directly to me lol made a very unpopular post about Haslam secretly wanting to fire Stefanski. But idk why everyone is ignoring STEFANSKI ENTIRE STAFF GOT FIRED! AGAINST HIS WISHES! His leash is clearly shorted by alot.
A team with a top 3 defense who made the playoffs with 25+ % of their roster in IR with the best defensive player in football and top rated defensive backs? Top 3 o line, elite tight end, good receivers and a returning RB who was top 3?

Crazy!! Grew up watching him
Excellent video. Nobody ever talks about coaching like this. Your take is so sharp.

Can we talk about D'Onta Foreman?
video coming Friday, hit that bell!
Let's see what the loudmouth's say after they give Stefanski and Berry new contracts before the beginning of training camp.
Early go browns
As a Michigan fan, I hope you absolutely do not get Mike Vrabel to go down to your school
Asterisk
@@Kawfeehaus not according to Charlie Baker!
I want him at The Ohio State University he would be perfect if he can recruit
I don't think he wants to put up with the new college environment.
He absolutely hates recruiting lol. It would be a horrible fit
I'd love to see Vrabel go to OSU and replace the lethargic epidemic of softness called Ryan Day
