    Man I tell ya seeing you both there playing around with the D2 sure does make me miss my dad and step dad. Wish i could have had more memories like that with my dads. Live it up Squatch and Squatch Sir. Great video, i always enjoy seeing you guys work and having fun together.

      Yessir my Dads been gone 31 yrs now, and darn if it don’t take a peek in his Machinest box, smell that old cutting oil and look at his tools he made w his name stamped on the handle. Prayerfully I’ll remember “all” the good stuff he taught me in the 41 yrs he tried to teach me “the right way”

    The little I've seen your dad in videos, he was downright giddy when you handed him the keys to his new machine complete with a Squatch guarantee warranty for any future repairs.

  • @Nf6xNet
    @Nf6xNet ปีที่แล้ว +17

    I laughed at the part where you handed over the “key”. I normally expect a “will it start” video to be throwing in batteries, giving it a snort of ether and seeing what happens, but your “will it start” video is Right, Correct, and Proper.

    • @night_bot3798
      @night_bot3798 ปีที่แล้ว

      A will it start is literally throwing batteries and ether at something, this is just a start up

    Easy startup on the starting motor. Desiel sounds awesome. Sr. Looks natural in the seat, almost like he was born to run a D-2 crawler, nice!!! Thanks for sharing.....

  • @ron827

    You are a "right and proper stand up son." :-)
    I have absolutely no experience with a Cat starting engine but as a rule, it is not advised to wrap any starting rope around your hand in case of a backfire. A wood dowel is preferred on the end so it will readily slip out of your hand in case of a backfire rather than ripping some skin off your hand. No, I am not a safety Nazi, just experience talking. :-)
