Sweet Potato Hamburger Buns
3 1/2 cup bread flour of all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
2 cup sweet potato, diced, peeled
1 Tbsp Instant yeast (about 1 1/2 packets)
1 egg, room temperature
3 Tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp honey or sugar
