- What in the caulk are we making today?! Decoden art with silicone & cabochons / charms!! This project was a long time in the making. Watch me create 3 different art pieces on canvas and wood panels - with shiny gems, rhinestones, and the cutest cabochon charms as well. These are fun, mixed media paintings made with acrylic paint, Posca paint pens, piping tips, silicone caulk, and tiny embellishments. They're perfect for wall art and room decor. As someone that recently bought a house and used caulk for the first time, I must admit using it as an art supply did pop into my head! 😂 It's a great idea and I love that you've used it with a nozzle for a cute texture 🥰

I'm usually not a fan of silicone and cabachons. But your art style is what I would do if I were as talented as you are! I am such a fan of your art! It's just sooooo cute! So yes, I am hoping for part 2.

I tape my tip to the end of the caulk tube and you can get tubes from the dollar tree great for crafts and much cheaper …..love these really cute !!!

Omg these look so good! It’s like the look of frosting and I love frosting 🤣 but for real I like the second one I think the most but the last one was cool how many gems you used!
Try putting the Caulk in the refrigerator before using, sl you can have stiffer peaks. 😊

I love how you credit the one channel on TikTok who made art with calk but forget about all the other ppl in the world who have made art with calking long b4 TikTok was even a thing.
None of the examples were from TikTok - they were from TH-cam & Instagram. Holly's video/art I mentioned was actually 10+ years old. :)
