I have been watching your vlogs for a while now, I don't generally comment about utube vlogs however I have a bit of advice, I went from a rear mounted 4 ft 6 shear grab to putting it on a 90 up jd , big mistake. The front axel was not able for it , it broke our hearts putting bearings in . A shear grab is a lot harder on an axel than an ordinary grab if you think about it you will understand why. We ended up buying a little second hand tm200 the best thing we ever did, and she is well able for the grab. I am not talking serious money we paid 14000 for it and in all honesty I could get by without the tractor or jeep but if anything happens to the loader I have a matter of hours to get it fixed or find another, that's how dependent on it we have become on it, I know you are not feeding a huge volume of silage but neither are we about 1000 tons a year , when you heal back the grab to break the silage out of the pit you are putting a huge load on the front axel, if you study what happens when you do you will see what I mean, whether you fill the grab or half fill it makes very little difference in fact by not filling the grab you are probably doing more damage as you are increasing the number of times you are exerting pressure on the axel, best of luck and if I was you I would consider hanging on to my tanker and trading the case for a loader or teleporter, you only use the tanker a couple of weeks a year the loader will be used every day and if anyone told me that before I had it I wouldn't have believed them but we do use it every day of the year. We have it four years and have put 6500 hours on it, and we didn't have much for the front of it to start but now we have about 10 attachments ( for the most part just a question of welding on the brackets to what we had).

Always surprises me when i see dairy farmers using shop bought milk, we never did that, it was always a nice cold jug from the bulk tank, if you didn't want full fat then run abit out of the outlet at the bottom of the tank after it had settled overnight.
