The bird with snake in its mouth is called Garuda ( Bird deity of Buddhism and hinduism) and it gaurds against the negative influence or harm of nagas (serpent deites/demi gods).
Looks like you either forgot to capture Mt Everest or the pilot didnt announce. Fortunately you were on the correct side of the plane to see the spectacular Mt Everest and some of the other highest peaks in the world. Dont say you snoozed and missed it 😂
