I hate OneDrive so much. But we have no choice in our company so thanks for the tips. They were helpful.

When sharing a document, always share the link...especially if this is going to a trusted company individual that has a size limit - most govt depts have 10MB limits still in 2023!!!!...useful to do

Always love your videos, Andy. Is there an efficient way for M365 admin's to migrate a former former employee's OneDrive library to their successor? Microsoft either wants us to download the library to our computer (up to 5TB!) and re-upload it, which loses file versions and takes way too much space and time. Option #2: we can do it from the former employee's OneDrive to a SharePoint library and back to the successor's OneDrive. This option is better in many ways but I'm still limited to a small number of files that we can move at a time. It just feels like I'm missing something simple.

Migration Manager in the SharePoint Admin center is ok but I would recommend Sharegate as a solution.

You can move the files from the OneDrive web client itself to the other account, there is no need to download and reupload@@creativity4hire

The delve stuff was actually useful for me. Azure AD doesnt seem to have a Direct reports portion in the GUI.

Get Microsoft 365 Developer E5, it's free for everyone and includes 99% of all E5 licenses. Been using it for years. You can do pretty much whatever you want with it, but officially you are only allowed to use it personally and for testing/developing purposes. So you can for example store your private files in there and Microsoft won't notice, but it's not allowed and you risk losing everything one day since it's a sandbox environment. Google it and get it, it's from Microsoft and a must have if you want to learn everything about 365 / Azure / Entra for free.
