Hey Andy, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I loved your videos. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts for you?

Hello Mr.Andy. I really love your videos/work and i wonder if you can help us with a tutorial about: How to enable "hardware" encryption with Bitlocker on windows 10/11. It seems very complicated and we need a great tutorial for that. I heard that samsung m2 ssd has SED, but noone know how to work with those feautures.. can you help us pleasE?

Unfortunately, I use a Mac 😊 however, the process of using bit locker is greatly simplified with the windows 11 as signs the recovery key to your Microsoft account, for more details visit, learn.microsoft.com or support.microsoft.com

Awesome video Andy! Question, I am currently having issues with the password policy. We currently have a Hybrid model so we have both AD and AAD but we also manage our devices in Intune. Should we set the password policy in Intune or under this new feature in EAC?

I don't think there's a sync between the password policies so they may run independently. But, if password expires on AD it will get synced and the date will be at 0 for both environments. But if you have 60 days on AD and then 90 days on ID, there's gonna be a missmatch.
I think this is partly why everywhere you look, Microsoft is discouraging password expiration. That and also that it can create really bad habits from users. There's enough data to support no password expiration (aside from admin accounts).
Andy can correct me if I'm wrong. 🙂

@@SP800.69 Thank you for that! My main issue is getting the password expired notification to come up. All of my users passwords are expiring without any notification which causes a headache.
But to your point I did read something on Microsoft a while ago that said something about passwords never expiring is more secure which is crazy because I’ve always thought the expiration was more secure.

In hybrid, password policies generally waterfall from the domain controller on premises. However, if you’re client workstations are Azure AD Joined than in tune would be the Place. I recommend that you visit learn.microsoft.com as all the documentation is here.
