Relating to injury, i have been working row machine workouts into my routine and holy cow does it help. I havent had a sore arm or elbow ever since. I feel like my joints and ligaments are more prepared for the impact of disc golf.

2023 I had the tendons in my shoulder re attached, rotar repair and Labrum shave at UCSD with Dr Leek. I have been working out in the pool and I feel great. I never thought I would feel this good. again and I am 57. It's not swimming, I just use movements in the pool 80% and 20 % swimming. Good luck.

I notice from the last 3 videos I've watched with eagle playing lefty. His right arm is just dead weight if he utilized compressing himself inward, he'd probably generate more power out of his left hand throws.
Simon is competitive but never mentions how he's playing with his dominant hand unlike his opponent ...n neither mention the lefty play the whole time. Less said is more dominant. Well played boys!!
