Excellent info. from two experts. One question I have is how do you deal with both anthracnose and powdery mildew? Do you alternate copper with sulfur or just focus on the biggest threat which is most likely the PM?
You can just alternate if you aren’t sure if they are tank-compatible but the manufacturer of the copper can usually tell you if they are, in which case you can mix them in the same application.

Don’t spray because you’re not only killing pest species but also bees and other no-targets.
Killing them with what? We get plenty of bees and beneficial insects.
