How the hell did they screw up the browser in 21 so bad??? In all other previous versions there were no clicks when previewing samples but now it always has a phase click on bass samples smh.
I’d drop it in the fl forums and see how to report it to them. If enough people report it hopefully they’ll fix it in an update or somebody in the forum will have a resolution 💪
4:41 really ❤️ Let me know if I do right: In the project I'm doing like - 9 db But that too low sounding for me , so I bring my laptop output volume to a comfortable volume Is this right or I should do some other way?
And while I'm finish producing and mixing my project, and sat down for mastering I turn down the laptop master volume to a comfortable volume for the reference track and then I start doing mastering
Really you want to mix at low volumes because the volume level effects perceived frequency balance and because higher volumes create more ear fatigue which means less working time. Look up the fletcher Munson curve to learn more. -18db was a good guideline for analog equipment for a couple reasons. Without getting into it, many plugins are programmed for -18db input to be a baseline input. FL Studio on the other hand has many native plugins that like to run hotter. Research gain staging and there’s a lot to be learned.
That is a great question. I never used that option much and did not see any documentation on the removal of it. I was playing around trying to find it or find an alternative. I couldn't find anything. Have you found a resolution?
@@iamroofa sick 💪 it was throwing me off too because by default they had the single folder under the plug-in tab. Good to know 🤙 Ps. I appreciate that, it would be cool if I did 🫡

Thanks for the vid !. I have a question tho. When i use "search in selected folder" to search for a specific file, nothing shows up even tho i know for sure that it is located in that folder. Any idea why ?
Hi, could you help me, i have doing playlists for a while and a have a lot of songs a want to put in sequence, example song 1, 2, 3, 4.. and i`m doing one by one, i tried to find a solution to find a automation to put it a sequence but cant find, do you know any solution?
@@ScaleAudio i will try to give a example using another software. Sequence layers in Adobe After Effects allow you to arrange multiple layers in a sequence, creating an animation where each layer appears one after the other. i would like to do the same but with my songs... often i have playlist about 90 songs, and i have to arrange manually.
@@MisterCozyMelodies Gotchya, I am not sure of a product that automates mixing songs sequentially. I would imagine there is some kind of app or software out there that does what you want but I do not know what it would be.
Depends on your version. 21 and up, you have to make new tabs. Clone a tab and make it how you'd like it, then mark it as frozen. Versions prior to this will have an option in the dropdown menu for snapshots.
hi i have a question that i did not see you talk about is when you click on a folder, at the bottom where it will show you the preview it will show the date size and path of the folder. i have a screen shot of what i'm talking about but i can post it on here but, can i stop that but still show me the sample preview because i have right clicked and unselected preview and has removed it but then i cant see the sample preview either
It looks like this feature was included in one of the recent FL studio 21 updates. I had to update to the latest version of FL to recreate what you are seeing. With that said, I cannot find a way to disable it. I did however, notice that you can 1. right click the browser tab you are in 2. choose “view layout” from the drop-down menu 3. Choose “tree” or “samples” This will remove the folder preview without removing the sample preview. The caveat is that it changes the whole browser layout 😬
what's up brotha got a question for you I got a bunch of copies and a bunch of empty files in my browser whats a fast way to get rid of the copies and delete all the copies and how do I fix my empty files cuz empty files open and they look normal but there empty plz help ttys fam god bless
Hi, i have the latest version of FL Studio (FL 2024), and the searching in the browser just doesn't work. It only shows me native vsts or samples that are original from the daw. Does anyone have a solution please?
Hello! Have you added the folders with your samples to the File Settings in FL Studio? This will add them to your Browser. As for the VST's. You will want to scan for them with the plugin manager and then add them that way. Let me know if you'd like instructions on how to do this.
@ScaleAudio I've always pasted my packs into the "Packs" folder that already exist in FL Studio, and I've never had a problem with this method. I was able to find my stuff with the browser. I know how to do the method you're suggesting me, but I don't understand why in this version I can't keep using this system. Sorry if my english is not the best btw
