honestly, i own an original invictus, and it performed the same…. The projection is awesome and youll stand out, longevity is 9 hrs or more..just be careful in spraying that it will be more intense… it compliments too in our tropical weather her in PH 🇵🇭..thats why i love it
intense last on my skin more then 14 hours, and its not even become skin scent yet, someone can even smell me 1 feet away. and if I spray it on my shirt, that even last for more then 48 hrs. and the funny part is, this is my Lucky charm for the night club. I do have aqua 2018 but I like intense for clubbing purpose specially.
I wore my Invictus intense before going to work at 6am, and still had the scent (although in a lessened degree) when I came back home. It feels you have a 2 in 1 perfume with its intense scent when you first wear it and the secondary lesser scent which is so moderate to one's sense.
Great review Chris. I had a session with these just the other day although without the original aqua. They surprised me with a melon bomb opening that oddly nobody seems to be talking about. I liked the intense the most. It is a more thought-through version, but not pushy a scent (to me again melon based opening) that I could imagine respraying after a few hours to revive/relaunch the scent.
Yep my father in law loved the 2016 aqua. I always get the PP oil for him and turn it into a spray with a edp concentration. He loves it. Even though it has a younger vibe
Got a little wad of samples and was my first time tryin the invictus and was the the invictus intense I can't really get away with it. I kinda got a fruit chew over powering blast and then smelt like fresh cleaned clothed which was pleasant. And like you say lasted an hour maybe 2. I can see why people may love the sweet smells just not my cup of tea. Tried the aqua now have to say different kettle of fish I love it still dries to the laundry smell but the opening fresh and very nice not the choking sweetness

I quite agree with what you found about the Intense. It was really great but after an hour, I was like, where is the scent now, it's gone! I was very disappointed. I tested today Azzaro on my left arm and L'Homme on my right arm. Looks like I'm liking the L'Homme. I didn't like their new Aqua.

I had an amazing experience with Invictus Intense... on me, it sounds strongly of whiskey, which makes it a bit more "mature" or "masculine" than the original. Sorry it didn't work on you!

I just stick to the more classic Paco Rabanne fragrances like my favourite Ultraviolet Man. Never let me down over the past 10 years I've used it. Tried Original invictus and did like it, but my friends said it's too strong and overpowering giving them a headache. My alternative would be Black Xs. Not sure what to make of the 1 million range these days. Never did get a chance to try the 2016 Invictus Aqua. Shame that the 2018 Invictus Aqua lacks performance.
Yeh 2018 Aqua is nice but doesn't perform as well as 2016. Really like Black XS. Performance was moderate but like that type of scent to be a little muscular 👍

Intense haven't tried yet so I can not tell nothing about it and the aqua 2018 tried on a store an smell like the original aqua but a tap stronger I mean sweeter performance I can't say nothing about too because of was applied on the piece of paper not on my skin probably next time but I just say if you have already the original aqua does not need to buy the 2018 aqua just if you don't care to spend your money. I disagree invictus intense. It last 7+ hours. I can spray it on a jacket I can can smell it still the next day

My 2018 aqua lasts an incredible amount of time. If I spray on my clothes, I can smell it 24 hours later. On skin at least 10 hours.

Invictus Intense performs good but not excellent, I get 4 hours performance and projection is about 2-3 hours which is not bad
