Wow! You amazed me with your confidence on the wet/slimy stuff. Not your usual ammo, but handled it like a champ. Pretty exciting trails, far from the regular bikepark stuff one would expect with lift access.
WOW, those trails would look really intimidating on a dry day,, now add moisture to the mix and thats a whole new level of gnarly haha, fantastic ride.
I ride these trails on a regular basis. I know them like the back of my hand, and I usually ride somewhere else when it's wet. Brian, you're a really good rider, doing it blind, and at that speed! Good job!
I'm so amazed by your progression. About a year ago there were lots of "ehh, nooot doing that". Now your progression gives you so much more confidence in your ability. So now we see funny stuff like this mad conditions and a Brian that's looking for more exciting lines and jumps which makes for good content. Maybe there's hope for me to 😂
Mt St-Anne was my first love for Mountain Biking ... 25 years ago ... with my hardtail, no suspension Canadian Tire MB .... never broke anything there but the breaks on that bike were so bad! Thanks for the nice video!
Thx for the vid Brian! I crash last weekend and injured my right ankle pretty good. I'll be off the bike for a couple of weeks at least. I now rely on my favorite TH-camr for my weekly dose of MTB..Thx again for all the great contents.
Love that area of Quebec! Been there skiing and touring but never biking. That dirt looks great, especially after the rain! Boy, the places you've been riding lately really remind me of New England...rocks and roots through the woods with lots of off-camber wet roots! Awesome video as usual, Brian. And damn you can climb like a goat!!! Keep up the great work and be safe!!!
I know you've really worked on getting better and it shows but you really stepped it up when you got the Orbea Rallion. Keep up the great rides and videos, looking forward to each one.
Ah yes, the good ol' rocks and roots of Quebec trails. I hope you had the chance to check out some other places in the area. There are some very nice trails scattered around.
Dang, you drove from California to Quebec City! That's one hell of a road trip, I loved your Michigan videos too, can't wait to see where you bike next.
The terrain at about 8:00 reminds me of Rockville if it ever rained puddles like that! Saw you rode with a good buddy, RC in Grand Junction,CO!! Cant wait to see that footage!
It's funny how I see some of those trails (the big ones) and all I can think about is "Damn... I can't wait to snowboard down those hills this winter" 😂
All the gnarliness rolled into one OTB section after another. Definitely a progression ride for you. They should host an EWS race there, that’s how good it looks.
Your really putting miles on that car BC into the States and across to Que your one lucky dude keep it up I was here in 1992 your bringing back some memories
A great reminder... WINTER IS COMING!!! But biking is still fun. Even when wet (Vancouver tip... after the ride put your jacket on the car seat inside out to keep the mud somewhat off your driver seat!)
Wow dude. If JENK wasn't enough for ya u then added some more spice. Wet roots and techie drops . sure to make for an interesting adventure. Thanks for the adventure.
damn that was a hella ride bro. Im definetly gonna start moutain biking as soon as i have some money ,buy my first pro bike and do it hahah. Youre awsome man keep it rolling haha
Gosh Brian I did give that Enchilada the beans it is savage all the way!! I ate a Moab diner breakfast and that done me the whole way! And drank from the natural spring on the road side on the way back !! And this is the thing would I ever had done all this if I hadn’t seen your channel! Nope !! So it’s New Zealand for me next!! Cheers Brian 👍
It was cool watching you having a blast despite the weather conditions :P "Je suis un American stupide" I live in Quebec, pretty sure I would have laughed too hehe. Don't be fooled, a large portion of French Canadians understand English but choose not to speak it because they fear they are not good enough or it isn't worth the effort.
I'm surprised that you didnt visit Tiger Mountain when you were in Issaquah, WA. You would love it. When you're done with tiger go a few miles down the road to Raging River.
Well really you should probably spend a day at each. Off The Grid, Not Off The Grid and Predator are awesome trails and I personally also love the old trusty East tiger summit and Preston Railroad. Master link and quick link are nice climbing trails to work your way up also.
There's a part of a trail I ride that always fills with water, and there's a drop that looks like a little puddle if you approach it right, and the amount of times I've seen people go otb going over it is unreal.
you're french prononciation is very good. if i'd know you've come to Quebec this late summer, i'll invite you to ride near Montréal multiples trails network... i'm a teacher and off for summer but now, i'm back to school... too bad! see you next time
I think it might be just his back, with a black label/ hang loop from his trousers making it look like exposed crack. But that was my first thought too :p I think his shorts would have to be sitting quite low for it to be bum.
Quebec city is a bikers paradise. Not just for mountain bikes but road bikes to. The city landscape is mesmerizing.
Rocks, roots, drops just a lot of wild stuff, amazing! Even harder in the wet to keep the bike in a straight line.
MSA is legendary! Looked like some serious fun :)
I ride these trails on a regular basis. I know them like the back of my hand, and I usually ride somewhere else when it's wet. Brian, you're a really good rider, doing it blind, and at that speed! Good job!
This is one of my top ten favorite videos! looks amazing.......and way to stay upright on those slick roots and rocks!
I'm so amazed by your progression. About a year ago there were lots of "ehh, nooot doing that". Now your progression gives you so much more confidence in your ability.
So now we see funny stuff like this mad conditions and a Brian that's looking for more exciting lines and jumps which makes for good content.
Maybe there's hope for me to 😂
There's always hope! Just gotta spend some time in the saddle pushing through your limits. It's tough!
Mt St-Anne was my first love for Mountain Biking ... 25 years ago ... with my hardtail, no suspension Canadian Tire MB .... never broke anything there but the breaks on that bike were so bad! Thanks for the nice video!
That's awesome!
Some of the climbs you do Brian, hats off to you👏👏👏
Thx for the vid Brian! I crash last weekend and injured my right ankle pretty good. I'll be off the bike for a couple of weeks at least. I now rely on my favorite TH-camr for my weekly dose of MTB..Thx again for all the great contents.
Downhill in the wet adds a bit more fun to the mix, cool stuff showing off some of Canada's best
Love the old Quebec City! If and when I go back I will check out these trails.
Those were some awesome trails...who would of thought the QC!! Great video B
It's only the beginning of the greatness!
Love that area of Quebec! Been there skiing and touring but never biking. That dirt looks great, especially after the rain! @10:20 "DANGER ZONE. I was like lookin, I'm like okay I could go, BOOM BO BOOM" haha good stuff man
Good ride, sloppy, muddy and stubbly great video can't wait to see more of it.
Definitely so much like Rockville! RC is a shredder
Brian really has stepped up his game. Good going.
Nice job on those crazy slippery trails ! Wow you are putting some serious miles on your car !
Slip Sliding away trails, nice ride, my last ride broke my self a lot of though. Thanks Brian for keeping my spirits up though my broken arm rehab!
Ahhh, sad to hear that Stuart!
WOW!! upping your game Brian ;) Those Last trails are stuff of nightmares!!(al least for the Bikes) super nice riding, congratz!
What an amazing place. Looks beautiful in summer and in winter ❄️
Crazy riding! Wet roots freak me out, add rocks to the mix and I'd probably be walking
I really like your riding*thumps up*
You always have so much fun. Great!!!
Greetings from Essen Germany
It's funny how I see some of those trails (the big ones) and all I can think about is "Damn... I can't wait to snowboard down those hills this winter" 😂
Hahah nice
Now, that looks fun!!!
All the gnarliness rolled into one OTB section after another. Definitely a progression ride for you. They should host an EWS race there, that’s how good it looks.
It really was that good!
Go Brian. Really nice track thank you for show us the trail.
Your really putting miles on that car BC into the States and across to Que your one lucky dude keep it up I was here in 1992 your bringing back some memories
Slip & Slide trail love it,, the Orbea and you have fun there Brian, like your french words lol cool trail ;0)
Great Vid! I have been looking forward to this series since you mentioned it on Alex live stream.
It started so smooth and easy but that didn't last very long 😉 Great video as usual and fun to see the difference since last time!!
That trail looks gnarly
some great riding!
Really enjoy all your videos man, that's some hardcore riding!
Definitely an adventure! Just the beginning
The Whistler of central Canada! I have to get here in the new year.
Awesome on so many different levels! The camera picture looked great despite all the water!
Got so lucky!
Great riding as always...
Nice contrast with your winter trip.
Dicy, enjoyable, rollable and just plain mad lol
damn that was a hella ride bro. Im definetly gonna start moutain biking as soon as i have some money ,buy my first pro bike and do it hahah. Youre awsome man keep it rolling haha
Very good video! I ride at mont Ste Anne each week-end! 😀
Gotta love that squirly downhill mud. everyone likes drifting their bike until you do it shooting downhill through a patch of mud lol
Chunk and muck, damn Brian! I don't think i've seen you come off the bike that many times in one video, way to hang in there!
Hahaha yes!
If you come to Madeira island you need to do the ratboy trail its one of my fav trails. Keep doing the greath work.
Quite literary laughing at the danger at 3:32 :-D
Wet rocks and wet roots always win. Still very enjoyable run.
Slippery trails like a cat soapy on a toboggan with more soap. :D
Thanks for teaching about the dangers of wet roots with your face.
Dope Video! Sending blessing your way, Keep inspiring!🎒🙌🏻
The dirty Brian!!😂 New hero of the track. Try with 0,01 PSI it will be more funny.😂
That looked more like riding in the U.K. than any of the videos from when you were actually here!
I'm surprised that you didnt visit Tiger Mountain when you were in Issaquah, WA. You would love it. When you're done with tiger go a few miles down the road to Raging River.

Sloppier than poutine! 😂
That looks like my daily ride when I lived in QC. People wonder why I rarely fall off my bike today.
Sweet! My goal is to get out there next year for World Champs. Why does my country have to be so damn wide???
Haha so, so wide!!
Wide countries need lovin' too
I'll be there ! Would be dope to meet you
That places looks amazing. You guys still needed the fat bikes though.... ;)
Respect the SLOP!
Ripping trail cool beans😮💪🏋️♀️🚴♀️👍😎
There's a part of a trail I ride that always fills with water, and there's a drop that looks like a little puddle if you approach it right, and the amount of times I've seen people go otb going over it is unreal.
Wet, rocky and rooty. Just what you want!
I thought you were going to eat it soo many times but you held on haha
Hahaha just one!!
🤘🤩🤘 GRANDE AMIGO
Tres bien monsieur! Je suis tres amusse que vous a returne au Quebec!
this type of riding will make you physically stronger on the bike for sure
11:10 sick line!!
You keep that lens nice and clean Brian😏
You gotta take point next time. Nice riding too.
the better the slops, the better the flops...awesome
you're french prononciation is very good. if i'd know you've come to Quebec this late summer, i'll invite you to ride near Montréal multiples trails network... i'm a teacher and off for summer but now, i'm back to school... too bad! see you next time
I always consider invites!
Lol, the exposed buttcrack from time to time :D Good stuff as usual, Brian!
I think it might be just his back, with a black label/ hang loop from his trousers making it look like exposed crack. But that was my first thought too :p
I think his shorts would have to be sitting quite low for it to be bum.
Actually, scratch that, I am further into the video and can't tell any more which it is
You are totally right! But it looks so funny. I will show up like this on the local track tomorrow :D
LMFAO! I can't even concentrate on what BKXC is sayin, this is just too hilarious.
Is Guillaume a plumber?
Insane!
Fab trail👌
Amazing trails :o)
Come to the Boston area and do some riding after QC. We have some world class single track for you to try your hands at
great video
Man ... your DT rims are holding up good??? ... maybe time for me to take a look at them. But you run cushcore on both front and back right?
Busted a front one previously, but they're holding strong! I need to put Cush Core in the front still
Total carnage 😂
Those trails look amazing. Would love to ride out there, too bad about all the mud though. 💩
As a wise driving cat once said, Je suis tout le monde. Let’s see Toonces take your bike down Vietnam!
Bryan, U sure the FF helmet does not increase your confidence a bit? ;-) Awesome rough trail and video. Glad no bones were broken...
Pretty Sick!!!
You know the weather here, is payback for the nice dry rides you had in Wales and Scotland, right? Nice edit as always
Hahaha so true
I was in Quebec City three weeks ago
Good job BKXC! Have you ever tried rockshox suspension? How often do you use your fox transfer dropper post on your orbea rallon?
Heading down the east coast after this?
@Brian While in Québec ( if you have The time ) There is a Free place to ride in Oka. It's not as big as most park's but its well worth a look.
Way above my paygrade. My body hurts from watching that. I would flat out break a bike on those trails.
Welcome to Vietnam :-)
