Yeah, I like Inside Pitch mainly bc of Pitcher-Batter Interface. HR's, K's, and W's (fielding independent results) are driven by pitcher's tendencies multiplied by batter's tendencies whick, I think, makes sense. In this game strikeouts actually replace possible hits...not just other types of outs. But I don't completely trust the feilding ranges so I substitute in strat ranges and if necessary and correct the pitcher's cards to handle the differences. I'm very picky and no game has everything I'm looking for.

I enjoyed inside pitch. Maybe I’ll go back to it for my next replay

Ha, I own five tabletop baseball games, and Inside Pitch is also my favorite. It is hard to recommend to people because the baserunning system is not easy. I'd love to see an official (but optional) "simplified" baserunning system - though I can handle the current one. Otherwise though the interaction between pitcher and batter is fantastic.

There are so many very good and fun baseball games available. I have probably close to 20 different baseball games and think my favorite might be Inside Pitch.

Great video man! I was wondering if you knew of a game that used stats like flash, speed, agility, etc. It was a lot more abstract than statistics based and there was a converter for baseball cards to that game. I saw it at my local game store about 3 years ago and I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me. I've always liked the idea of playing a baseball game with baseball cards that you draft with friends, but it doesn't seem there's anything really like that except this game I can't remember lol

@@Abariese thank you! I'll definitely be looking into that. The way player cards are described sound like what I remember.

Check out [Intellectual Baseball]], that's if you want player mechanics so that you can create stats.

Hi, I'm trying to see if anyone is interested in playing a free online dice baseball game. Well established. Not too simple but nothing complicated or needing side charts.
