    Kindly reply....Anchor...Not Calculated same problem here..... I have searched every where on TH-cam..... No one says about this..... Why Anchor not calculated..... Bolt forces are there

      IS code doesn’t consider anchor bolt design.
      Use ACI code

    to what Percentage of eccentricity can we go while designing a residential building upto 4/5 storey? . when i am modelling a building in etabs and as per IS code eccentricity of a building is limited to 5% but it is very often that we come across having more than 5 %, generally 10 to 15% and i can not change the drawing and it is only 4 storey building? so how to deal with that case!!!

      You have to incorporate that eccentricity into your design.
