IS code doesn’t consider anchor bolt design.

to what Percentage of eccentricity can we go while designing a residential building upto 4/5 storey? . when i am modelling a building in etabs and as per IS code eccentricity of a building is limited to 5% but it is very often that we come across having more than 5 %, generally 10 to 15% and i can not change the drawing and it is only 4 storey building? so how to deal with that case!!!
You have to incorporate that eccentricity into your design.
