I have two questions.
1. Is it planned to install IDEAstati DETAIL RUS code?
2. Modeled in IDEAstatiCa Connection ((Metal column-concrete connection (with anchor bolts)) connection, is it possible to open the IDEAstatiCa DETAIL and reinforce the concrete block? (without modeling in IDEAstatiCa DETAIL)

The joint of steel pipe to plate is hinged, meaning there’s no moment. We can release moment in SAP2000 but there’s still a small amount of moment (not exact zero) but negligible.
