Hi we are cultivating black tiger shrimp culture. It's been 37 days since we started culture. Can you tell me the growth in grams that shrimp should be?

Great question! You would get APPROX. 47% recovery with the head removed, then 72% recovery when peeled

For simplicity's sake: let's pretend the shrimp was 1lb/454g. After the head is removed it would be 214g. After peeled it would be 154g. So total recovery is 34%.
