it's true. however, I understand the struggle of some people in resolving the apparent contradiction between {being critical, even against authority} and {regarding authority as the most plausible, on an operational level, especially when some of the authority is disinterested}
And it's a waste of time
I think to help everyone understanding it is important to tell people like they are specialist the exact information about how decisions and methods were took with maybe a simpler but (accurate is mandatory) of why and how we do anything to be clear about intensions and the reasons behind it. Not to prove anything but merely to discuss our future with present and reliable information

Hello from Tasmania! we don't have the virus at the moment, we are one of the luckiest places to not have it currently. Being an island state of Australia has really helped keep the virus under control for now, altho we have had a few outbreaks early on.

I have received 2 doses of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, the 2nd 2 days ago. My arm hurts that’s my only symptom👌🏿
For now
I had the first dose a couple days ago and my arm still hurts! I also had a bad sleep the night of the injection (not sure if it was because of the vaccine). But boy is it worth it. I am so excited to have 90+% immunity!
It depends on the person giving the injection as to how much it hurts.

As explained in the beginning, these vaccines contain many proteins that may look like a SARS virus it also has a toxin that puts in alert your body which begins to produce killer cells to handle the invader proteins. Of course, this is not nanotechnology is not precise, you are being injected with thousands of different proteins and your body will always react as if it sick everytime it detects these proteins that previously your body didn't reacted to. Thus you may spend a lot more time with sickness symptoms as your body is always reacting, the more vaccines you take.

I like Chuck's side by side vaccination suggestion, I was vaccinated at the VA hospital along with all different color vets.
I totally agree, I also was vaccinated at a VA hospital. At 62 I was around Korean and Nam vets. I believe most of us agree that the government if right or wrong, we took a oath to protect fellow Americans. Taking a shot is another way of doing so.
Just got my VA shot today too.

The testing needed to ensure it is safe happens before the public is even ABLE to get vaccinated.
I'd just vaccinate ASAP. Unless you want to risk being a covid long hauler and losing your smell and taste among other things.

I wonder how much funding plays a role in how long it takes to create vaccines. Never mind all the research. Getting the money to do the research has to be a big part of the challenge.

Your question is why I think the EU or a joint-western vaccine and medical programs should be made, thats funded by through a global fund, much like WHO. Private companies don't make money on vaccines...its bad business to spend X money on something thats only gonna sell until an epidemic is over...Look at say phizer stock, it barely went up.

I would have wished to hear something about the Chinese or Russian vaccine. I'm guessing it wasn't discussed because they're not going to be used in the US? Many countries outside the US these two are very popular
Humanity has had the same problem for many decades: We have power and intelligence but we lack wisdom to use those responsibly. The problem with this is that while we have a solution for this by making philosophy and debate mandatory in all education giving people the tools and skills to be wise goes directly against people that benefit from them being simple minded.
If we want to tackle all the major global issues humanity faces we really need the average person to be wiser.
This is needed, food for thought.
As an American, I hear people say that I should be a "PROUD AMERICAN" and for the most part I am. Then I hear someone mention slavery, jim crow laws, segregation, how we treated the Native Americans, the Mexicans, and pretty much anyone who is not a rich white man, and I think that just once, I'd like to have this country give me a reason to be a "PROUD AMERICAN". I am a proud American, but I'd really love to have a reason to be.
As non-US citizen I will give you one, most people in the US and the government at least recognizes what has been done and teach about it in most schools to at least stop it from happening again (you can debate whether it is enough but it is the most important step in not repeating history). Where as most other countries (especially EU and Asian countries) maintain that they are wonderful and will still not even admit or teach their children about horrific atrocities that happened as recently as 70 years ago.

All the bad stuff, however, was also done by many many other countries over the centuries. Racism is not a solely American phenomenon despite people who like to tell you that it is to suit their own agenda.
Every empire of every skin colour has enslaved others. Some countries still do.
But that American moon shines down on them all🇺🇲
There are many, many reasons to be proud. An incredible number. It's just that we have to be honest about history too, and the history - and even the present - is sometimes dark. And in order to do more things that deserve pride, we have to face the dark things and be honest with ourselves.
I still don't think we are addressing the main concern re vaccine, which is that it wasn't tested properly. I'd love to hear a number comparison ie. on how many people and for which period of time are vaccines usually tested VS. covid vaccine.
I don't think that's the main concern, because the vaccines were in fact tested properly. Also, the vaccines themselves were developed very early in 2020 so there was plenty of time to test them - and plenty of places with the virus raging to test them in. The fast turnaround time was mostly due to better science and smart decisions by regulators. Some of the Russian and Chinese vaccines were rushed to market before fully being tested, however.

Also, the frontline critical care doctors and researchers with the FLCCC Alliance need to be heard and spoken with urgently in science-based channels such as this!

I "found" Neil deGrasse Tyson only a few weeks ago. I have spent hours and hours watching videos and enjoy that he is "science" based. I am not American but was also disappointed when politics came into play in this video as others have commented.
Got the Moderna vaccine on 03/23/21. Throughout the day felt my upper arm stiffen and tender, and today a day later I have this severe fever, muscle aches, upset stomach, and chills! Im in excellent health in mid-30s. Suffering through those symptoms is a sacrifice I'm willing to make for a couple of days as opposed to walking around sans mask or unvaccinated.
I had the same reaction but had the actual virus. I can’t spread anymore, but you can. My symptoms lasted longer though, so I sacrificed to protect people. As he said it is unclear if a vaccinated person can spread the virus. Time will tell.

I am no anti-vaxer, and as a person from a developing country, science is something I never studied, plus religion made ita little demon. Thanks to Neil for this channel, my concerns about the Covid-19 vaccine were addressed satisfactorily. We are about to take vaccine and I had decide I was, but my then unanswered questions were literally giving me sleepless nights. Thank you, tonight I will sleep better.👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿

I have a few questions which maybe someone can clarify for me.
From what I can understand the mRNA vacines work by actually making our body produce the proteins. So when the vacine happens, the genitc material (mRNA) is transported to chemical means within our cells where the mRNA is read by the ribosomes which start producing the proteins. Which are (or at least should) later identified by our immune system which and antibodies are (should be) produced.
Looking at the CDC website the information seem to not really lign up with my understanding. They say that mRNA instruction get in the immune cells, but my understanding is that they get in other cells too.
So my quesitons are as follows:
How long does the mRNA "survive" within the cells?
Are the instruction (mRNA) reallyy "destroyed" after reading or they just linger within the cells and those cells will produce those spike protenis until they die? If the latter, are there risks associated with over production of those spike proteins?

Risk taking that affects me vs risk taking that affects those around me...someone smokes around me puts me at risk from second hand smoke, and someone drinking/using illegal substances and driving a vehicle could potentially affect everyone they meet on the road! If I’m sick with cold/flu/fever I’m staying home and not affecting anyone!

So, the 90° below zero MRNA vaccine isn't injected into your arm at that temperature. So my question is how long must it sit before injection and how long does it maintain it's effectiveness at an injectable temperature?

27:23. Its highly debatable. Cause then the same logic applies to the normal flue. Every year 100s of 1000s of people die because of that, so should everyone wear mask their whole life? Also if me wearing the mask is not entirely my choice how are Chinese people's freedom to eat anything not come under similar scrutiny which has actually led to this problem in the first place.
Here's my question Narendra,where,from whom did you get your information that the covid 19 is an asian born virus? My understanding is that while this virus was first identified with asian people's theres no infinitive data that the virus began there.
Don't look for a scapegoat rather look for what measures you can take to keep yourself and those around you safe.
