Who are your top 3-5 favorite guitar players who sweep pick well?

      Michael J Romeo
      Mike Tremonti (?)
      Johan Tilgren
I realized I don't really know many guitar players of those I listen to, who are deliberately using sweep picking!

This is totally teaching me the right way. Whereas most of the tubers teach to damn fast. This is very intuitive!

Really cool (and simple) sweep picking ideas - this is how everyone should start learning sweep picking!

My favourite sweep picker is Gambale. Holdsworth was unbelievable too and Brett Garsed.
    Nice lesson!

Hi Tom Hess. Just checked out this video. Love this technique. It all ties in with the directional picking you teach us. Thanks. Andy

Hey, Tom! How about a video tutorial on 3-1-3 arpeggios which would go along well with this one?

I really like this concept and how the change in contour builds in melodic interest. I like that the idea could be adapted to create similar patterns where different convenient modal notes were added - eg adding in 6 instead of b7 and 2 root instead of 3 root in the m7 pattern for Dorian feel

I have a cousin who swears warming up and stretching is a joke and not real. I'm like dude, play right now with your hands COLD. Then play with them warm. Now do it cold and stuff and then stretch and do it. You may feel more awkward at first and not like it because you're hands feel so loose you're not used to it but I ASSURE you the looseness can be tamed and when it is, you'll get it.
