and it’s over
and we cease to be people
and we live on in paintings on social centre wall, on chipped paint in corners, in stories, in miscellaneous items passed down, in cautionary tales of fire extinguishers
and it happens again, another orientation week
and muwcilympics chants we created
and CA or RA elections
and we won’t be there for it
and that’s okay
