Its not a basket without the basket piece . The whole thing about disc golf is it has to stay in the basket . If the disc hits the chains and bounce back onto the ground then you have to throw it again .
Hi Steve, yeah a second rim for a basket would be great. For me as a beginner the main objective is to hit the chains in the first place. There has to be a version 2.0 at some point, I agree.
@@discwolf I have seen a basket made from old washing machine baskets . The are around 22 inches round and you can cut them to the right height and most repair shops will give you one . The newer ones are stainless steel and are very nice . That's what I'm going to make mine out of .
