We need Pedro's energy more often, y'all are adorable.... learning a lot of healthy meals from you little lady... and its crazy cause I HATE having to think of what to cook and eat everyday but I do enjoy cooking... this way of meal prepping makes so much sense!! I love it!

when making rice, my dad and I like to add finely chopped onions (could be red, white, green, ur choice tbh) and finely chopped bell pepper (usually two different colors) along with the fresh garlic, sooo yum

Do you have any tips for “leftover” roasted veggies as lunchbox food. Mine ends up really soggy, even if it’s yummy fresh. I do use glass containers. TIA
It might get a little bit soggy but maybe you just need to warm it up in the microwave before you eat or make it more as a salad and add a dressing! just posted a WIEIAW showing how I use the meal prep so hopefully that will help xx

Have some coffee before/make sure you have eaten before! Also I like listening to podcasts or audiobooks while I cook, or music!

i noticed you add alot of these cooked vegetables to salads on your IG. Do you reheat the vegetables before Adding them ? or are they cold salads?
I usually reheat, but it depends!! I just uploaded a WIEIAW video that might help show you how I do it!
How can you fit all of this into your fridge? 🙈 that is my biggest struggle.
HAHHAHA it's a struggle the fridge is always so packed in the first day or two
i thought rice was bad to store, somebody heeeelp lol
you can always freeze it in small little containers and then just defrost whenever you want to eat them, it's probably more time efficient too - that's what my mom does and I want to try it out!
