I think you really know and understand that galley utility position is the hardest job in cruise ship.. We work hard like a pig ..something that impossible you must make it possible... I think you know the situation...if you place the plates properly your job will not be finished

Notice how the plates are already clean and have obviously been pre-rinsed of food residues? You don't see that in American restaurants.
