Today I am in Fukuoka Japan exploring.

I bring you along as we visit the home of Hakata ramen and Tonkatsu Ramen. I will stop in the original Ichiran Ramen shop as well as the Ikkousha Fukuoka Ramen shop. We also visit an entertainment center and enjoy a visit to the Oh Sadaharu as well at the Team Labs Forest exhibit. We will also see the Canal Shops as we learn more about thsi incredible region. We took the Shinkansen to get to Kyushu from Honshu island. We had a great time in Fukuoka and plan to return soon.

I love Ichiran! Tonkotsu is my favorite! Well I love ramen in general.... that's why it's in my logo lol. I will be back in Japan in December. I just might have to take the 2 and a half hour train from Osaka to Fukuoka just so I can go to the original Ichiran and of course, do a DIY food tour of other local places. Would love to see the museum as well. I love baseball! At least Rob knows he is faster than a penguin lol. Thanks for sharing Allie!
