  • The development of the Rosedale Mines and Railway in the mid 19th century had a massive impact upon the landscape of Rosedale and has left a legacy of industrial archaeology which this video presents. The video tour starts at the west side mines and follows the route taken by the mined ore up to the Bank Top calcining kilns which are a well known landmark of Rosedale's industrial past.
