Hi there, I did the follow the steps by step. Unfortunately, I am in the vicious cycle, where it tells me I need to log in to submit the form. However, once I try to log on it tells me that, my account is disabled. So, I am stuck. Anything you can advise to help?
I tried all I could and everything been showed in this video but nothing seems to have worked, luckily got help from a cyber professional engineer *Werner codes* he got you covered.
It didn't give me that 3rd option, when I first tried it, it didn't work because they deleted all my pictures….and the didn't let me do the face scan again I really needed help in getting back my facebook back because I have been building it for over 25 years but this software engineer called *WERNER CODES* saved my life and got me less worried as he was able to get control of my account again and kicked the hackers out.
I did all 3 of these things but it never once gave me an option to enter email address and phone number and each time I hit send it would tell me to login to my facebook account to request help! If I could do that I wouldn't need to be doing any of this! So does this mean I'm not going to get my account back?

When I click on “disagree with decision” it asks me for my mobile number so that I can receive a 6 digit verification code. It does not send. So you just have to wait for 30 days, after that, your account will be automatically unsuspended. And you will be able to use it normally. Just login after 30 days period is over.
